Air Design is an innovative manufacturer of air handling units (AHU) and heat recovery units (HRU) for the building services market.

The extensive Air Design product range covers Air Volumes from 0.12 m3/s to over 20 m3/s, providing an AHU solution to meet most requirements.

Where a bespoke solution is needed, Air Design’s in-house technical engineers are able to create products, using specialist software, that can be supplied flat-packed or preassembled. These unique products are tailored to the customer’s exact performance, efficiency and noise criteria, always taking into consideration the latest regulations and any site restrictions.

The Elta Fans Residential brand encompasses a comprehensive, flexible range of system solutions for residential applications including new build and refurbishment projects in private and social housing sectors.

Condensation, mould, Radon gas and poor indoor air quality are common concerns for residential applications and all carry potentially severe detrimental effects for health and welfare. The residential range, developed to combat these concerns, includes intermittent extract fans for bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms as well as a comprehensive range of whole house ventilation systems, covering MVHR, MEV, PIV, dMEV and a market leading alternate flow with heat retention fan range.

With over 200 years of experience between them, our Kingswinford based internal customer services and support team ensure processes are transitioned smoothly all the way from enquiry to despatch.

Working within the same office, our dedicated technical and engineering team develop products for all of our brands. Working together closely, these teams are able to fully understand today’s increasingly complex project requirements and predict upcoming market trends.

We have a nationwide external sales team consisting of dedicated commercial, specification and residential teams, with extensive knowledge of their regional customer bases. The team are able to assist with product selection, design and installation both on site and at customer’s offices.

Elta Group Building Services also has access to the extensive resources of our fellow Elta Group companies, including specialist industry engineers, product management teams, additional manufacturing facilities and comprehensive R&D facilities around the world.
