TechTech is the open staircase with a a modern and essential look, and at the same time, it guarantees high flexibility. Tech has adjustable

rise and going. Therefore, it perfectly fits in everywhere. The steps and the handrail, made on solid beech wood, are treated with a

non-toxic water based paint and they are available in 2 colours, Natural and Walnut. The structure, epoxy powder painted, allows to

choose between two landing types, on slab edge or on floor level. The basic kit consists of 12 steps, complete with internal railing,

but it is also possible to customise your staircase thanks to the wide range of accessories. Patented Model.

system of adjustment in accordance with available space. Adaptable in rise and going, Universal Maxi is designed to fully simplify

the installation phase. The steps and the handrail are in solid beech, painted with a natural non-toxic water based paint, while the

structure and the railing, both in painted steel, are disposable in grey and white. The basic kit consists of 12 steps, complete with

internal railing but you can also customise your staircase with the wide range of accessories available.

Mini is a space saver staircase, created to offer a smart solution even when there is not enough space for a normal open staircase.

The special shape of its steps considerably reduces its size, without affecting comfort. The basic kit consists of 11 steps + internal

railing, but it is also possible to customize your staircase thanks to the wide range of disposable accessories, including the landing.

The treads and the handrail are both made of solid beech wood, varnished with natural water-based paint, whereas both the structure

and the railing are made of painted steel.

Gamia Wood is a spiral staircase designed to satisfy a large variety of living situations. Thanks to its innovative adjustment system

and to the practical assembly instructions, the installation of Gamia Wood is easy and fast. This staircase is available in 3 diameters

- 120, 140 and 160 cm - and it may be enriched by a wide range of accessories. The basic version consists of 12 steps, 1 universal

landing, a column railing and handrail in moplen. The treads are made of solid beech wood, varnished with non toxic natural water-

based paint, whereas both the structure and the railing are made of painted steel. Gamia Wood can be personalised with a wide

range of accessories, among which the wood handrail.

Exterior Zink is a spiral staircase in galvanized steel, ideal for outdoor use. All its components in steel are coated with a zinc painting

system, which makes the staircase solid and resistant to unfavourable weather conditions. Thanks to an innovative regulation system

and practical assembly instructions, its installation is easy and fast. Screws are in stainless steel and the handrail in moplen has an

ergonomic design that allows an easy grip. The basic version includes 12 steps + 1 universal landing + railing with handrail, but it is

also possible to customize it thanks to a wide range of accessories.

Escalmatic is the electric and insulated scissor loft ladder that

combines a modern look with a high-end automated operating

system controlled by remote control and a unique insulation

system.

AUTOMATIC

Thanks to the electric motor (220 Vac – 240W), the opening and

closing of the loft ladder become easier, faster and safer. The

remote control supplied with the ladder opens and closes the

ladder effortlessly in few seconds thanks to the gear motor and

electronic control unit.

Moreover, the release screw for manual opening placed on the

hatch panel gives the possibility to open the loft ladder even in

the event of a power cut.

INSULATED

The electric and insulated scissor loft ladder is the only one

having a dual-insulation system.

The first is represented by the trap door of the main frame

(made of a prime plywood wooden panel having minimum

formaldehyde emissions) covered with high-performance

thermal insulating material to prevent recirculation of hot-cold

air through the attic.

The second thermal insulation system is guaranteed by the

“Termocover” accessory, a sort of ‘cap’ designed and patented

to further insulate the lower floor from the upper floor.

Thanks to this dual-insulation system, it is possible to reach a

certified total insulation value equivalent to U = 1.1 W/m2K,

thus obtaining economic benefits as well as increased comfort

and energy-savings.

SAFE

To help you ascend and descend, the loft ladder has a dual

galvanized telescopic handrail and two exit handles are

provided to enable an easy exit onto the upper floor. Moreover,

the non-slip shaped treads prevent accidental slipping while

using the ladder.

CERTIFIED

The electric and insulated scissor loft ladder is certified

according to European Norms (UNI EN 14975:2007) and grant a

load capacity of 150 kg.

UpUp is the mezzanine access loft ladder ideal for gaining access to

mezzanine floor levels.

It is made up from 11 embossed sheet steel treads and a mobile

structure with cushioning and recall springs that make the opening

and closing of the stair easy. The hatch panel is made of a prime

poplar plywood panel (15 mm thickness) certified with minimum

formaldehyde emissions (class E1 UNI EN 13986:2005 standard).

To help you ascend and descend, there are a telescopic handrail on

the right-hand side and two handles at the exit in round tubular and 1

meter of height.

Up loft ladder is certified according to European Norms (UNI EN

14975:2007) and grant a load capacity of 150 kg.

4P4P is a 4 section folding loft ladder ideal solution to access attics

or other secondary areas of the house. The structure in painted

steel grants a reduced side-flexibility and support considerable

loads. 4P folding loft ladder is certified according to European
