Watersports are particularly popular and include: sailing, canoeing, sailboarding and sub-aqua. At some sites equipment hire and tuition are available. For those who prefer to stay on dry land: walking on the many way marked paths and trails; bird watching with the use of bird hides; and access to the Visitor Centres with exhibitions, gift shops and restaurants; provide lots to see and do.
