The Czochralski growth equipment of FEE is capable of controlling the diameter of the crystals during the growth process, based on high sensitivity weighing devices and custom-made software.

Top-seeded solution growth equipment is available for growth in various atmospheres at temperatures up to 1600°C. Diameter control via crystal weighing is imple-mented for a wide range of growth rates.
