Canada Summer Jobs is a Government of Canada initiative that provides funding to help employers create summer job opportunities for students. It is designed to focus on local priorities, while helping both students and their communities.
About Canada Summer Jobs 2013
Provides work experiences for students;
Supports organizations, including those that provide important community services; and recognizes that local circumstances, community needs and priorities vary widely.
Provides funding to not-for-profit organizations, public-sector employers and small businesses with 50 or fewer employees to create summer job opportunities for young people aged 15 to 30 years who are full-time students intending to return to their studies in the next school year.
TUITION AND FEES PER YEARStudents at the school level can expect average tuition fees of $10,000- $15,000 CDN per year depending on their choice of school board (Rs. 5 lakhs to Rs. 8 lakhs)
Students at the university level can expect tuition fees between $12,000 and $14,000 CDN per year, plus $1,000 for books and supplies (Rs. 6 lakhs to Rs. 7 lakhs)
College fees range from $10,000 to $12,000 CDN. per year (Rs. 5 lakhs to Rs. 6 lakhs)

IF INTERESTED, WHAT NEXT ?
5 Apply for admission (remember admission fees will need to be paid at this time. The chosen school board will review your documents for accreditation)
6 Get a letter of acceptance from the particular school accepting you
7 Apply for a study permit through Glomansol to Canada Immigration.
Renewing your study permitYou can apply to renew your study permit if you want to study longer. It is important to apply well before your current permit expires to ensure your permit remains valid.
1 Get an ‘Application Form’ from your Glomansol Rep (ICTA)
2 Fill and Return the ‘Application Form’ to Glomansol Rep (ICTA) along with a processing fee of Rs. 500
3 Acquire a receipt for your payment
4 Submit photocopies of your Academic Documents to Glomansol Rep (Date and Time as he would suggest)
(Do not forget to mention your preferred province for study in Canada and whether your parent/parents may want to travel within the 2 years to Canada as Visitor)
Along with other facilities, you will have a 24 hour Local Guardian through ICTA. You will also have access to ICTA’s huge resource pool of Professionals to help you when you need them most in Canada.
