Let learning ripple through your organisation Speaker: Mary Dees

description

This presentation describes the process of a planit-LAA workshop. Planit-LAA ‘shows’ how decisions affect social progress, the environment, AND the economy. The learning-simulation has also been modified to consider the design and implementation of Local Area Agreements (Planit-LAA) using 198 National Indicators. The simulations have been used in partnership / team building, 5 regional programmes and 6 Government Offices.

Delegates reflect on the learning and discuss how this can be implemented in the real world.

Page 14: A Day in the Life of Planit-LAA Story

What learning message delegates said they would take away:

Think about cross cutting and cross

over between blocks

Listen to the views of others

and work in partnership

Understand and promote the

inter-relationship between LAA targets

Consider the ways in which

my work impacts on all

sectors

Feedback

“The simulation was excellent – It brought the whole LAA

process to life”
