5W’s Efforts (So Far…)5W was hired to garner mediaattention around the CookingPlanit utility and its Founders,Tripp Wiggins and JonathonVlock while also increasingawareness of Executive CulinaryDirector, Emily Wilson andCooking Planit’s menu/recipeofferings.

In the past three months (February-April 2013), 5W has garnered more than 11 million media impressions and has secured placements in top tier media including Technorati, The Detriot News, TheDailyMeal, and The Miami Herald.

Additional results include securing media desk side appointments with Austin-based media for Tripp Wiggins during SXSW and New York-based media desk side appointments for Emily Wilson and Jonathon Vlock with editors at top publications including  InStyle, Reader’s Digest, Real Simple, and Good Housekeeping.

5W also conducted a consumer survey on behalf of Cooking Planit to research cooking attitudes and habits amongst target audiences to further assist in outreach efforts.

As the Company plans to roll-out version two of the utility, 5W has done preliminary research and planning for an appropriate media launch of the app and online tool.
