SHORT INTRODUCTION

DEENI MAKTAB (Primary Schools) is a group of Basic Islamic

Education Center targeting school going children. It is a step

forward to create moral and human values in all children who

are already getting modern education but deprived of moral

and Islamic education. It is unfortunate for Muslims to be

educationally, economically, socially and politically backward.

To overcome these problems in the community, it is a prime

responsibility of every Muslim to create an educated

environment in and around their localities.

Islam is a religion of

humanity and peace. People

must follow the teaching of

Allah and life of Hzt.

Muhammad (peace be upon

Him) to know the human

values but even majority of

Muslims don’t have the knowledge of Qur’an and Sunnah. To make locality

glorious we work on

education and so open

centre’s here and there.

Maktab:

To see our goal come true, we are making untiring efforts to establish Centers of Deeni Maktab in every village to educate, promote and motivate the students about human values and rights.

In Delhi itself, we have 10 centers

viz. Zaidpur ext.2, Madanpur

Khadar and J J Colony.

After the ongoing lockdown phase,

we are going to start a centre in

Batla House, Jamia Nagar, New

Delhi.

We require at least 25 centres in

Zaidpur only, and in-sha Allah we

will reach our goal very shortly.

Moreover, We have started one centre in Kolkata too,

apart from Three(3) in Udisa and Three(3) in Bihar.

DIVISION OF CLASS DEENI MAKTAB is divided in three(3) classes.

CLASS AWWAL :- Students are taught from books such as

“Qur’aani Qaida” & “Sharai Zindagi Awwal” “8 Takhti of Arabi-Urdu Qaida”

Content of Book: Few Qur’aani Surahs, 10 Ahadeeth, ‘Qur’aani o Masnoon Duaen’, and 5 Kalimas. Urdu reading: Allah ka ta’aarruf and life of Hz Muhammad SAW, Urdu writing: Basic words and easy sentences.

CLASS DOM in class Dom students have to complete ‘QUR’AAN’ with Tajweed and Qaeda, and “SHARAI ZINDAGI DOM” which contents of 20 Qur’aani Surahs, 40 Ahadeeth,

Qur’aani o Masnoon Duaen, Taareekh-e-Islam (History

of Ambia, Sahaba, Taba’een, Taba-Taba’een,

Muhadditheen, Mujtahideen, Buzurgaane deen), and

Namaz ke mukammal tareeqe (Faraedh, Wajibaat,

Sunnah and Makroohat) intro of Ramadhan, Zakat

and Hajj.

CLASS SOM

It’s basically a teachers training Class. Students gets previous syllabus in detail.

In this we guide how to write Mazameen on islamic

History and Social issues and how to deliver lectures on a

variety of topics. Students start teaching to class awwal.

ALMI’AT AND HIFZ After completing class

selected students to

Madaris to pursue Alima

course (for girls) and

Hifz-ul-Qur’aan for boys.

In fact Modern education is very important and essential for

our community. Our goal is to impart modern education in

Islamic atmosphere. With the help and support of “Bihar Anjuman” we are already running Rahbar Coaching Centre

for 8th 9th and 10th but we are also trying to include class

11th and 12th. We are providing extra opportunities to the

students who aims to touch a vertex of success. We

specially target the area of weaker section in the locality

where hopeless and helpless people live without any

specific goal of life.

In our own building we have decided to reserve one

floor for modern education/ coaching centre.

Organizing Quiz Competition We organize Islamic and scientific quiz competition solely for

those who are not attached to DEENI MAKTAB and

consequently not getting adequate education. This way we

try to convert the dark present into bright future.

We provide a set of questions & answers or small booklets or

study materials (fromThe Quran, Hadith, Fiqh, Deenyat,

Islamic History, Math, sciences and GKs) to the candidates

and from within the provided material we conduct

competition from time to time.

We have organized our first Quiz Competition in 2004 at

Milli Model School, Jamat-e-Islami Campus, Abul-Fazl

Enclave, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi with 300 students from 20

diverse schools.

A brief journey and History of

Deeni Maktab

On March 2008, when I shifted my residence from Zakir Nagar to

Zaidpur,

I found majority of uneducated, uncivilized and uncultured

Muslims all around my neighborhood.

It made me restless and uncomfortable so I started making

efforts to educate them and change their life according to

Islamic Sunnah model.

A JOURNEY OF 11 YEARS TO MAKTAB

I invited two young lovely students (brother & sister) to start my

mission. I started motivating the students to fight out the

darkness arising out of the un-educated and the most vulnerable

people of the locality.

I used to teach them Qur’an, Urdu and life of Rasoolullah (Peace

Be upon Him) and tried to change their mind to adopt the

Sunnah in their day to day life. Sub’han Allah, I found changes in

their life and all thanks are to Almighty Allah alone for His help,

mercy and guidance in my mission.

Today at Zaidpur alone we have around 1000 students in ten

centers, with twenty five (25) batches separately for small

students, girls and boys and most of them are being taken care of

and taught by senior students.

Space for Maktab: To reduce the expense of Maktab we used open land, parking,

and roof top of some houses or any hall available for a few

hours without any charges or at the minimum low possible rent or

charges to open Maktab but we have had to face too many

problems because of the temporary arrangement.

Our Centers: We want to reach all around the country, so we

have started inviting the people to come

forward. Masha Allah, A lot of people have

acknowledged our services appreciated us and

accepted our system to support us with

whatever recourses they had with them.

Alhamdulillah, overall at present we have three

centers in Udisha, one in Kolkata, 3-4 in Bihar

and 10 in Delhi.

Modern Education: We have attached modern education along with

DEENI MAKTAB and there are 3 batches of 8th 9th

and 10th too. Alhamdulillah at present we have approx

70 students in our center.

FUTURE PLANNING

We plan to start 25 Deeni Maktab Centres in Zaidpur, Khadar,

JJ colony either by purchasing land or managing on rent. We would

like to purchase ground floor in any building where we have to pay

less amount and thus we may expend less in construction and more

on education.

We will expand our centre to places where we have not reached to

date like Okhla, Abul-fazl, shaheen bagh, Okhla vihar etc.

We will have a few hostel based coaching centre for class 8th 9th 10th

11th and 12th where selected student can get guidance to prepare

for medical engineering judiciary and all such fields.

We will move in-sha Allah further to bihar, Uttar Pradesh,

Jharkhand, west Bengal and udisha to expand our mission.
