How Do They Rate With The BBB?!

Recently, the company had an “A” rating with the Better Business Bureau, but currently they have no rating listed on the BBB website. According to the Better Business Bureau’s site, this is because, “BBB’s information on this company is being updated, and no report is available at this time.”!

What Do Their Services Cost?!“911 Tax Relief” requires a minimum debt of $10,000. Their prices depend on the nature of the client’s tax situation. They will ask each client how much money they owe on their taxes and then determine which steps are best to take before a fee amount is decided upon. !

Website Resources!Though they do have a section of their website entitled, “Resources,” it’s hardly the type of material that visitors and clients can really benefit from and it’s quite confusing. They’ve posted numerous links to recognizable websites such as CNN, NBC Money and Yahoo News. Upon first glance one might think those links lead to references of the company, but they don’t have any apparent connection whatsoever. The links go straight to the CNN, NBC Money or Yahoo News website without mention or tie to 911 Tax Relief. !

Refund Policy?!Clients should not expect any kind of refund to fall back on once they have signed on with 911 Tax Relief. The company rarely, if ever, grants any kind of refund since a large portion of their services are completed early on in the agreement. !

What Makes This Company Stand Out?!

One of the things that is most impressive about this company is their tendency to be selective for the benefit of their clients. They only take on clients that they are confident they can truly help and in an effort to make sure they’re providing each of their clients with the best service possible, they limit the number of cases they accept each month to ensure they’re able to do so. !

Do They Maintain A Social Media Presence?!

Their website isn’t very good about advertising or linking their social media channels whatsoever. By searching for their name directly on Facebook, interested parties can find their official page, along with over 1,000 followers. They post regularly, often congratulating clients who have found significant tax relief through their services. !!Their Facebook page links to their Twitter page where over 8,000 followers are privy to almost daily tweets. !!They obviously put effort into their social media presence, which makes one wonder why there are no direct links on their homepage. !

Potential Negatives!Though they claim to have a highly experienced staff, they are lacking any CPAs or tax attorneys on their team. However, they also claim to employ those who have a strong background in IRS and tax related services and enrolled agents that have been certified by the U.S. government, so it’s not as though they’re terribly lacking in credibility. !

What Does the BDC Think of This Company?!

BDC ranks this company as a 6.5 out of 10. There are some really positive factors in working with 911 Tax Relief. They offer great customer service and seem to have a sincere interest in helping each of their clients succeed and find relief from their tax burdens. They haven’t been practicing for very long and, unlike many of their competitors, they have no CPAs or tax attorneys on their staff and their refund policy is practically non-existent. !
