• Executive Board met on September 24th, with quorum present.

• Actions Taken not Requiring Further Action of PTA:– Constanze Heitkoetter approved as the School Store Chair


Report of Vice President, Membership- Lara Anton

• 2013-2014 Membership Drive Totals:– Total Members: 350

– 50% Participation from each GRADE LEVEL gets a popsicle party. Contest ends October 15th.

– Grade Level Totals: Pre K – 34% Kinder – 25% 1st – 27% 2nd – 20% 3rd – 35% 4th – 23% 5th – 26%

– Members get discounts and cards are being sent out in Tuesday folders.


REPORT OF VICE PRESIDENT, FUNDRAISING

October 1st – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for distribution 11-20!

• Carnival – Mondie McFaddin, Chair – Saturday, April 12th

– Tax deductible.

• Spirit Nights – Jessica Blair, Chair – Oct 8th at All Star Burger 4 pm – close and Chick-fil-a Nov. 7th 3 pm - close

– October 18th is the first deadline for Box Tops.

- School Store – Constanze Heitkoetter, chair – will open on Friday, Oct 18th during the lunch hours, 11am-1pm! Contact Constanze if you are interested in working at the school store every other Friday! [email protected]

- School Store Dates: Nov. 1 & 15, Dec 6 & 13, Jan 17 & 31, Feb 14 & 28, March 21, April 11 & 25, May 16

– Fridays are SPIRIT DAYS at LTE!! Wear your spirit shirts to show your school pride! LTE spirit wear t-shirts are still available.
