The new pricing matrix will be using Processor Value Units (PVU's)-to price out software where applicable. Initially the PVU will be priced at 1/100th of the current product price and will use new part numbers. For example: product D53R4LL IBM Server for Multiplatform Processor License was $11970.00. The new PVU part number is D55T0LL priced at $119.70-the authorized user will be invoiced for a qty of 100. The invoice total will still equal $11,970.00 IBM is modifying the software charges to accommodate multi-core processors. IBM will still remain the contractor. All orderrs should be drawn in the name of IBM and sent to the address on the Contract. IBM will continue to assume full responsibility for all terms and conditions of the Contract.


However, delivery and billing will be carried out by the above vendors when it is to the advantage of the customer to do so. The name of the vendor will appear on the invoice and the price will be those currently on the Contract. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Please mark all vouchers accordingly.
