' specific condition (iv) : To ensure that any damage to thebiodiversity is effectively contained, non-mineralized zone(s)befween any two mine pits as also the area in which occurrence ofminerals are thin shall be kept undisturbed. :
o The deposit occurs in the form of extensive outcrop of BMQ instrata bound nature of regular habit having planer exposure width,ranging from l50m to 300m. The said outcrops were traced alongthe strike direction over a length of 1000m i.e section 500N t;1500N. such BMQ outcrops are found at a highest elevation of

part of lease area. Because of the such disposition of the ore body,whole of the western part of the lease area will be underexcavation for winning of mineral. Whereas, the eastern part ofthe lease hold area shall be utilised for ancillary activities likeprocsss plant, water reservoir and other infrastructure etc. Theconceptual plan along with geological plan as well as the tableshowing post mining land use pattern is fumished in the MiningPlan.
o Based on above information it may be noted that an area of96.8136Ha shall be utilised for mining and allied activities. Allsuch area shall be reclaimed and rehabilitated by suitableplantation except an area of 19.6586Ha which shall bemeaningfully utilised for rainwater harvesting/ water reservoir.
o An area of 2.6164Ha only shall remain untouched mainly onaccount of statutory barrier of 7.5m from the lease boundary,which justifies the deletion of above clause.
Further, we shall be submitting shortly the hard/ soft versions of Fauna & Flora conservationPlan and approved Mining Plan for your record.
