Special Conference Notes

Conference Session Rooms are located on the ground floor of the Education Building (ED on the campus map), except for CK187, which is close by and accessible from inside the Education Building. Please follow the signs. Registration Desk is located on the ground floor of the Education Building (ED), close to the Education Auditorium (EA). There will be signs to help locate the Registration Desk. Catering Light breakfasts, coffee, snacks, and the reception on Friday evening are provided to all Registered Participants of the Conference. Food on Campus (Saturday lunch) Unfortunately, options are limited on the weekends. But, Global Village (Riddell Centre) has brunch from 11am-3pm; The Owl (campus pub; also in Riddell Centre) is open at lunch time on Saturday; Luther Cafeteria (Luther College) opens at noon; and there are a few options close-by, but off-campus at the corner of Wascana Parkway and Kramer Blvd (the south-west corner of campus). Guest WiFi Access Please use the “URGuest” network (note that this is not a fully secure connection). Washrooms There are gender specific, accessible washrooms located on all floors of the Education Building (ED). Gender neutral washrooms (2) are located on the 2nd floor, Room 217, Room 218 Quiet Space and Computers Archer Library (LY on the campus map), ground floor, and Campion College Library, 2nd floor Campion College (CM on campus map) Campus Security 306-585-4999 Local Taxi and Regina Transit Bus Co-op Taxi 306-525-2727
