R A C E P A C K P O S TA G E : Race pack postage has commenced and should
arrive any day now.
R A C E P A C K C O L L E C T I O N : You’ll need to collect your Race Pack at the following
dates/times:
SOLE MOTIVE (170 Queen St, Melbourne)
Collect your Race Pack from midday Thursday,
12 September until 5:30pm Thursday, 19 September.
(This option only applies to those who entered
before 11:59pm Wednesday, 8 September 2019).
START LINE: Race Pack Collection is available from
your allocated start line on event day.
Please note the 5.3K & 13.5K distances have different start line locations.
5.3K: Collection is available from 7:45am at the
Yarra Glen Racing Centre.
Late Entries:13.5K: Collection is available from 7:45am inside the
Healesville Bowls Club.
C H A N G I N G Y O U R D I S TA N C E : If you wish to change your distance, please email
[email protected] by 5pm Thursday 19 September
with your name, date of birth and distance you wish to
change to. Alternatively, you can change your distance
on the morning of the event at the Entries Marquee
located at your allocated start line.
E V E N T V I L L A G E : Is located at Yarra Glen Racing Centre.
B A G D R O P : Is available for both distances at their allocated start
line locations.
13.5K: Is available at the start line in Healesville. A truck
will take all bags to the finish line, so they will be ready
for you to collect when you finish your race.
5.3K: Is available at Yarra Glen Racing Centre.
PLEASE NOTE, we have drastically cut down on single-use plastics and no plastic bags will be supplied at the bag drop area. Please remember to bring your own bag for your belongings.

G E T T I N G T H E R E :PLEASE NOTE: due to local football club finals in the Yarra Valley area, please allow plenty of extra time to get to the event.
R O A D C L O S U R E S : l Healesville Yarra Glen Road will be closed from 6:30am
until 12 noon, if you’re heading from Healesville to
Yarra Glen.
l If you are doing the 13.5K event and have people
watching you at the start line and then heading to the
finish line to see you, please advise them to head back
to Yarra Glen via the Maroondah Highway. This detour
will take up to 35 minutes.
l River St - from Healesville Kinglake Road to Green
Street will be closed from 6:30am until 10:00am.
Please refer to the Harvest Run website for a full list of
road closures and a detour map.
C A R P A R K I N G :5.3K PARTICIPANTS: Can park in the members car park
at the race track in the Yarra Valley Racing Centre.
13.5K PARTICIPANTS: Can park in and around River
St, Healesville. Parking is also available in the car park
opposite the Healesville Bowling Club.
R E T U R N B U S F R O M R I C H M O N D S TAT I O N :The bus stop is located on Swan St directly in front of
the station exit.
PLEASE NOTE, the bus is now sold out.

Getting There:
6:45am Depart Richmond Station
8:15am Arrive 5.3K start line, Yarra Valley Racing Centre
8:45am Arrive 13.5K start line, Healesville
12:30pm - 1:00pm Depart Finish Line, Yarra Valley Racing Centre
2:00pm - 2:30pm Arrive Richmond Station
Please arrive 10 minutes before your departure time as the bus will not be delayedand your proof of purchase to gain access to the bus. Your name will be on a list, which will be marked off by
an event team member as you board.
F R E E 1 3 . 5 K B U S T R A N S F E R T O H E A L E S V I L L E :If you’re entered in the 13.5K event there are free shuttle
buses to transport you from the finish line at Yarra Glen
back to the start line in Healesville starting from 10:15am
from Armostrong Grove. Buses will run approximately
every 30 minutes.

F I N I S H L I N E :Both the 5.3K and 13.5K events will finish at the
Yarra Valley Racing Centre.
C O U R S E & E L E V AT I O N M A P S :CLICK HERE to view the 5.3K & 13.5K course and

D R I N K S TAT I O N S :Will be available at the start and finish lines of both
events, as well as approximately every 3K on course.
F I R S T - A I D :St John’s First Aid will be located at the finish line and
on course. If you require first aid assistance on course,
please notify a drink station attendant, course marshal
or a course bike rider who will be able to radio for help.
St John bike crews will also be roaming the course.
T O I L E T S :Will be located at the start and finish lines for
both distances. You’ll be able to access more
toilets inside the Healesville Bowls Club, River St.
There’s also a toilet at the 10K mark on course for
the 13.5K event.
W A V E S TA R T S :If you believe you will be in the Top 10 male/female
in each race category, please ensure you are close to
the front of the start line, as the top three places awarded
on race day are based on gun time. If you’re walking the
5.3K event or participating with a pram, please start at
the back of the wave. All participants will start in a
single rolling wave.
T I M I N G :Our race bib contains a timing chip, make sure you
wear your bib so you can receive your official time
for the event. Please pin your race bib to the front
of your top and ensure it’s visible.

P L A C E G E T T E R M E D A L S :Placegetter medals will be awarded to the first three
males and females in each event distance. Refer to your
event timetable on page 2 for presentation times. All
presentations will take place on the stage in the Event
Village.
M E D A L S :All finishers will receive an official 2019 Harvest Run
finisher medal. The best part is your medal doubles as a
bottle opener!
R E S U LT S & C E R T I F I C AT E S :Visit www.solemotive.com for your results and to
download certificates. Preliminary results are available
immediately on race completion HERE. Official results
are available from 3:00pm Saturday, 21 September.
