I am grateful that you found me! Did you know that your angels brought you here?

Recognizing your angels and how they guide you is one of the greatest blessings you can have in life. The angels have a

treasure trove of love, healing, guidance and resources they want to pour into your heart.

As we become conscious of their presence, amazing things begin to happen.

We heal, open, shine, love, and rejoice.



Receiving Angel Blessings

That is a blessing. A blessing is an "infusion of holiness." When we are touched by love, or peace, or joy, we have been

blessed or infused with holiness.

There are so many ways we can be blessed. Our angels communicate with us through signs and symbols. Did you know

that's an angel blessing?

Many people tell me that they pray and talk to their angels, but they don't receive a response. Angels are responding to

you all the time. Are you ready to learn the secret code so you can easily recognize their blessing?

FOLLOWING ARE A FEW HINTS:

Seeing a feather is a sign that your angel is by your side. Feathers on the ground, in the clouds, on stationary, on

fabric and in jewelry are calling your attention to the presence of angels. Acknowledging that presence allows you to

connect energetically. When you become conscious of the experience,

"Oh My God! My Angel is here!" That's an infusion of joy! That's an

angel blessing.

Feathers are a sign of grace and love as the angels connect with you in

blessing. You can be a blessing to others by sharing the holiness that

has infused you. Be your angels' helper and pass the blessing of the

feather along to someone else.

Do pennies seem to just appear? Do you find pennies on the ground

or in pockets? Receiving pennies from heaven is your angel blessing you

with abundance and trust. With this cheery "hello," your angels are

drawing your attention to opportunity and the blessings of gratitude.

How can you be a blessing to others by helping them to recognize the

presence of their angels?

Do sparkles of color catch your eye? Are you attracted to sparkles on water and in nature? Does jewelry throwing off

rainbows of color and flashes of light attract your attention? This is a blessing from your angel inspiring you to shine

through your open heart. These flashes can provide inspiration for your soul purpose and life calling. How can you be a

blessing to others and inspire them to shine?

Did you know that angels speak to us through songs? Do you hear songs at the darndest moments that speak personally

to you? Music that touches your heart is never a coincidence. It's an angelic message of blessing. The angels encourage us

and provide confirmation through song lyrics.

Do you smell roses when there are none around? That is beyond a doubt, a blessing of love from your angel. Heavenly

aromas that seem to have no source are a powerful communication of comfort and support from your angel. Fragrance

fills us with self love, awakening inner beauty and worthiness of unconditional love which are powerful blessings from the

angels.

The warm sun on our faces and a heavenly cool breeze is a blessing from our angels.

Food to eat and a warm place to sleep are angel blessings.

I have been blessed to receive an amazing flow of love letters from the angels that guide my life, heal me, and fill my heart

with love. Over the years, I’ve learned that these messages aren’t just for me, they are for you, too. I’ve included some of

my favorites to help you tune in to angel energy.

I hope that as you read these messages, you will be inspired to listen for your own angel love letters.

Message to Be the Blessing that You Are

The angels have this blessing for you:

Blessed one, we are here for you.

While your mind may question and doubt, we are here.

We are with you always, especially when you doubt.

Our presence is a blessing to you, just as your desire to connect with us is a blessing to all of creation.

We hold you in the heart of Divine Love.

We bathe you in comfort.

We drench you in peace.

We are here.

We stand behind you blessing you with protection and strength.

Can you feel our hands on your shoulders giving you comfort?

In our sacred embrace, it is safe to open your heart to love.

Love is the most precious gift we have to offer.

And yet, love is all there is.

You are composed of love.

The world around you is love.

It may not seem like that when you are feeling challenged and alone,

but it is the truth.

The love of God - Divine Love - is all that truly matters.

Experiencing Divine Love is the greatest blessing one can receive.



Receive this blessing of love now.

In our embrace, open your heart to be filled by love.

Let this Divine Love satisfy your heart and soul.

Ask this Love to heal every wound.

Invite this outpouring of Divine Love to satisfy every desire.

Let the weary places in you find rest.

Allow a busy mind to find peace.

Breathe into the expansion happening in your heart.

Like a balloon getting bigger and bigger, let the Presence of Love grow in your heart.

Let the love in your heart grow large enough to bless your family with forgiveness, comfort, peace, joy, everything

needed.

Let the love grow to bless your neighborhood with kindness. Did you know one special angel watches over your

neighborhood? This angel is blessing you with kindness and love. Can you feel it?

Let the love in your heart grow large enough to bless your community. Did you know one special angel watches

over your community? Connect with this angel in gratitude and receive the blessing of respect. Respect the

difference between people. Appreciate the infinite variety and diversity of the people.

Let the love in your heart grow large enough to become a beacon of light for your country and the earth.

How will you be a blessing to the people in your life?

All are connected through the heart, through love.

How can you shine?

An act of kindness is a blessing that feeds the collective consciousness for all humanity.

A loving thought about another person is felt in a wave of love by all.

Forgiveness heals the hearts of everyone releasing burdens.

An offering of generosity contributes to abundance for all.

Be the blessing that you are!



Inner Senses How do we experience angels?

Human beings come equipped with the well-known five senses of taste, touch, smell, healing, and vision. These are a part of our physical equipment.

Humans also come equipped with inner senses of knowing, feeling, sensing, hearing, smelling, tasting and seeing. These are a part of our spiritual equipment. When the inner senses are engaged, the outer senses become far more finely attuned and sensitive to etheric essence as well as physical substance.

Angels communicate and interact with us through our inner senses. We all have these abilities. Like anything else,

they must be awakened and developed to become useful.

How do we discover and develop our inner senses?

Through the essential practices of:

Prayer

Meditation

Contemplation

Devotion

Giving or tithing

Gratitude

and taking right action

Through these essential spiritual practices, we learn how to expand

our perceptions beyond the physical limitations as we connect with

soul and the spiritual realm where angels dwell. From our true Being,

divine intelligence and the inner senses become accessible. I often

refer to this state of Being as the Temple of Soul or the Spiritual

Realm of existence.

Most everyone has heard of clairvoyance or inner sight. Doreen Virtue helps her students develop what she calls

"The 4 C's" of clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance.

1. Do you see feathers everywhere?

The top way angels connect with us is through feathers. From a spiritual perspective,

feathers are symbolic of the flight of angels. Artists have added wings to human forms

since the cave paintings to represent sacred beings or angels. Wings have feathers making

them a powerful symbol of divine intervention.

Seeing a feather is a sign that your angel is by your side, bringing all the help you need.

Do you see feathers on the ground when you are out

walking? In clouds in the sky? Or feathers on stationary, on

fabric and in jewelry are calling your attention to the

presence of angels. Acknowledging this presence allows

you to connect energetically. When you become conscious

Amarushaya and Shekinah are two of my favorite angels who bring the qualities of Blessings and Unity to us

from The Presence of the Divine.

Amarushaya - Angel of Blessings

Amarushaya the angel of Blessings is such an amazing Being! I love feeling her energy and receiving the benediction of her

presence.

Amarushaya sent this invitation for you. She said;

"My gift is in recognizing the many forms of blessings in one's life. The

obvious ones and the hidden blessings.

"It is my touch that softly awakens your awareness to the truth of hidden

blessings. I work closely with you, presenting many opportunities to practice

discernment through the events of your daily life.

"Most often, these lessons come in the form of unpleasant exchanges. Do

you realize what a service your family and friends provide by willingly

participating in these learning experiences? Their souls rejoice and hope

that they will learn some of the lesson as well.

"I bestow many blessings upon the Children of God daily. If only more of

them could be seen as precious gifts of love to grow from!

"My energy is soft and loving. My touch is transparent and invisible. Yet

Shekinah - Angel of Unity

While Amarushaya helps us to see the blessing in everything, Shekinah helps

us to make the direction connection with Spirit.

"Shekinah has been referred to as the divine manifestation of God's

presence, God's active light, and a mighty cleansing light that the

angels enter before prayer. As the bride of the Lord, she is the

manifestation of God in humans.

"Shekinah's gift is to teach us to unite with the personal presence of

God within our human bodies. In the past, this has been a difficult

connection. Times change! Invite Shekinah to teach you to connect

with the personal presence of God through the power of prayer. Unity

with All-That-Is can become eternal as you learn to allow God to

manifest and walk this earth through you."

When you see a feather, know that Shekinah is near and calling you into Oneness. Call upon Shekinah to help you step into God's Active Light to receive the blessings that are there for you.

Unity or Oneness is the greatest blessing because it contains All-That-Is. All the wisdom and knowledge you need, the resources, the connections, everything is contained in Unity. That little feather is a sacred invitation calling you into Oneness.

Take the leap.

Inner Feeling

Clairsentience is one of my favorite inner senses because it is so tangible and present. I felt alone for such a long time that

my desperate desire drove me into serious and powerful begging to feel the presence of God.

I begged, "Please, I must feel you now! I must feel your embrace of love now!"

Sometimes my prayer was answered with a sensation of being embraced. At times, energy flowed through my body with a

feeling of comfort and presence. And sometimes, the energy and present were so powerful that I had to run in circles, jump

up and down, or dance hard to accommodate it physically. And other times, it seemed like nothing happened.




The presence of Spirit can be anything from deep peace to orgasmic sexual

feeling, to profound love, to ecstatic creativity, to you name it! God is infinitely

creative in expression.

And my absolute favorite is the combination whammy with everything all at

once. Jesus came to me in a vision that was so intense that I could feel his

breath. I gazed into his loving eyes and experienced his heart beating with

mine. My skin quivered as he embraced me. The intense energy of love flowed

through my body causing it to shake and convulse with rapture. This started

the flow of a movie on the life I had in Jesus' time and our experience together

in that life. Not only was the movie playing before my inner eyes, I felt

everything as if I were there now. I looked around the room at the people who

were there with me and saw who they were during that lifetime. Deep healing

resulted as the pain and patterns of many lifetimes were released

simultaneously - and not only for me, but for the others, too. For several hours

after the experience, I felt united with these people and with Jesus in a state of

full ecstatic union. I could feel them intimately and perceive their thoughts and

feelings.

Anything is possible as we venture into states of union.

Message on the Presence of Love

The angels gave me this message about how much love and support there is for us right here, right now, whether we are aware of it, or not.

Read this message as a meditation.

Read the words slowly taking the time to feel the energy of the angels flowing to you.

They angels want you to know that;

We are here.

Breathe.

Relax.

There is so much loving support here for you now.

You may feel alone, but you are not.

You may feel forgotten, but you are not.

We are here, with you now.




Breathe and feel the truth that we are here.

When you feel alone, your emotions are calling your attention to our Presence.

The truth is the opposite of how it seems.

Our Presence is "pushing the button" on the belief that you are alone to reveal this belief.

To expose it.

If you breathe and drop through the feeling of being alone, you will discover something else beneath it.

Something unknown.

It may feel like agitation.

Or it may seem huge and scary.

It may seem like calmness or peacefulness.

You may experience a movement of energy.

It may feel uncomfortable.

It may be pleasurable.

Breathe.

Relax.

Explore the sensations.

This is the Presence of Love.

Love is powerful, tender, joyful, peaceful.

Breathe.

Trust.

Allow this Presence of energy to flow through you.

Filling you.

Healing you.

Clearing your emotions and mind.

Nourishing your Being.

Trust the experience.

And when the moment feels right, ask a question that has the power to change your life.

Then listen.

Receive the response.

Dwell in the Love.

You are loved.

You are never alone.

We are here -

Always!



Prayer for Unity

I love the prayers that pour forth from my soul. I pray that my prayers open the door to hearing your own soul prayers. Try

them out then listen within for the voice of your soul speaking to you.

Lord, my deepest desire is for union with you.

I no longer want a separate will, only your will my beloved.

Take me into my Destiny!

Enfold me in your arms of love.

Let my eyes see for you,

let my ears hear for you,

let my heart be filled with your love

and my desires be fired by your passion.

My Beloved, bring me into eternal union with You!

Bring me Home!

I only want to love you and serve you in joy and devotion.

You are everything to me!

Eternal Spirit, Angels, help me to experience ONENESS with you, Today!

Help me to feel your presence and recognize your assistance.

Take me beyond my mind as our energies flow together as ONE.

Open my heart and empower me on my journey Home to God.

The Response – The Fullness of God’s Power within You

Listen after you pray for the response! I often write my prayers down, then open to receive the response in writing. This is

the response I received to the prayers above:

You, just being who you are,

and moving toward your desire of unity

are changing the world.

You are coming into the fullness of God's power within you.

Each day just a little bit more.

Each breath just a little deeper.

Each thought more connected with the higher mind of God.

Each intuition received, acknowledged and acted upon, a victory.



You are a blessed one.

Great and glorious in God's love.

Keep going.

Keep growing and expanding.

Keep moving toward the full union that you desire.

It is possible in this lifetime!



2. Are sparkles of color catching your eye?

On water? In nature? In jewelry?

The second top way angels like to get our attention is with sparkles of color.

Those flashes of light catch the eye, reminding us that angels are present.

The sparkle of color is like sunlight sparkling on the ocean. The sparkle is

drawing your attention to the deep Presence under the surface. The presence

of the angels, of the divine, and of your own true Being.

The angels are trying to get your attention through those sparkles of color.

What could be below the surface?

As your soul awakens and rises to the

surface of your consciousness, your

inner senses activate to provide more

information. Sparkles of light may be calling your attention to the presence of an

angel who is bringing an answer to your prayers.

If you open your heart to perceive the angels, those flashes of color may expand

into flashes of light twinkling around you. You may see halos around people,

animals, plants, rocks, everything glows with the energy of presence.

Seeing sparkles of color

is a gift from your angel

inspiring you to

open your heart

so you shine and

sparkle,

too!



Inner Vision

Some angels appear as globes or shafts of light. Their eyes may sparkle

and be visible in the brilliant light. Guardian Angels often put a hand on

our shoulder. I perceive them as standing just a little behind us on the

right side. They may reveal themselves in a vague body shape like a

person wearing a glowing robe with hood. They show themselves

through colors and patterns of energy. Do you feel the energy presence

of your Guardian Angel?

Julie King sees wings. She is my friend and the first publisher for Angel

Blessings Cards. When Julie tunes in to this part of her inner vision, most

everyone has wings. Julie loves doing what she calls "wing readings"

where she describes the color and shape of your wings, along with other

intuitive knowing she receives.

Each of us has a team of angels with us all the time who guide us and

provide inspiration and everything needed to answer your soul calling

and life purpose.

Your team arranges synergistic meetings with the right people and the

delivery of resources and information.

Sparkles are often your team of angels introducing themselves to you. Ask them, "Who are you?" and "How are you

helping me?"

Then let the angel guide you into an experience of getting to know them.

Do you see visions? Inner visions or clairvoyance comes in many forms ranging starting with very subtle hints and

expanding into pictures, movies, ideas, and full on Presence of beings. Some clairvoyants see the angels as clearly as they

see people.

My inner vision works the full range. Most of the time, it is very subtle and faint. I get a tiny glimpse of something that is

barely noticeable. If I'm not paying attention and fully tuned in, I miss it. It can be like seeing a photograph or still image for

just an instant. It seems that if I blink, I miss it. The image appears in my inner being which is a different experience from

our outer vision. Like going to a different room or theater in my consciousness.



Open Your Heart to Sparkle

What is it that shines and sparkles in you?

It is the presence of love radiating from your heart?

The remembrance of your soul calling and life purpose twinkling through your eyes?

Your creative gifts yearning to be expressed?

What is calling to you from the depths of your soul?

Use prayer and meditation to access your soul knowing and inner senses to discover more about your angels and about

how you are being guided.

I often hear people complain that their prayers are not answered. When they share the stories of their lives, I can clearly

see the angel interactions they missed.

Personal experiences with angels have one thing in common: You are changed.

Every single prayer and meditation presents the opportunity for change. Make an effort to notice the smallest changes and

watch for new influences starting with sensations, realizations, and experiences in life.

Here are a few ways that the angels may communicate with you through sparkling color:

Seeing twinkling lights

An increased desire to connect with angels

Uplifting your spirits with joy, inspiration and creativity

Gaining clarity about your deepest soul desires

Receiving knowing about your soul path and life purpose

Specific thoughts passing through your mind

Angel Illumination

The Angel Illumination shines God's light of awareness upon you. The light of the supreme spirit is more brilliant than a

thousand suns. Infused with unconditional love, it penetrates the shadows of ignorance with the greatest care. When the

angel shines this light upon you, the truest part of you is illuminated. Your soul receives increased awareness and love from

the illumination.

When the angel Illumination touches you with God's light, darkened areas are exposed. The light of awareness brings your

attention to the things that you haven't noticed about yourself or are trying to ignore. What part of your life is the angel

calling to your attention? Which feelings or attitudes are being exposed?



Feel gratitude that you are seeing this darkness. Pray. Ask the angel

Illumination to help you let go of the darkness you have witnessed and grasp

an awareness of the true, loving parts of yourself. Come back to the big

picture.

What does your soul really want? Look at what is happening to you from the

bigger perspective of the truer part of yourself. What are your real desires?

What actions can you take to let go of the darkness you are seeing and to find

greater love and awareness?

Illumination from the Almighty is a powerful force of love that is stronger

than any darkness. Through awareness, you can bask in the resplendent glory

of unconditional love.

Actions to Attract the Angel Illumination

To receive illumination, meditation to music that lifts you up. I like

"Resurrection" by Raphael from Music to Disappear In and "Coming

Out of the Dark" by Gloria Estefan. Invite angels to guide you as you

gain self awareness. During the meditation, ask the angel Illumination

to escort you into the brilliant light of truth.

Find heartfelt gratitude for everything that is being illuminated, both

the dark and the light until a prayer of thanksgiving flows out of your heart.

Pray.

Here is an example:

Angel Illumination,

Thank you for illuminating the darkness within me

so I can see it and change.

Thank you for holding me in your love.

Thank you for pulling me into truth.

Thank you for never giving up on me.

Journaling

Journaling is one of the best ways to notice more of what is happening within you and in your life experiences.

Journaling is a powerful tool for gaining self awareness so you can recognize angel responses or interaction in daily life.

Make it a practice to set aside some time each evening to reflect on your day and journal about it. Or set aside time after

meditation and prayer to reflect and write about your experiences.

Writing draws out new information. The angels are able to connect with your open heart, soul and mind while you write

adding clarity, detail, and further information.

Use questions like the following to help you get started. Then feel free to explore as you

are being led:

What happened?

What did you realize or discover in the light of truth?

Describe your experiences of finding love as you work through

darkness

Personal experiences with the angel Illumination

Did you experience a miracle?

How did your angels guide you?

What happened synergistically?

What did Spirit ask of you?

How did resources arrive to fulfill the request?

As you journal, be alert to your inner experience. Your clairvoyance may

open up answer your questions. Here's how it works for me. Sometimes I

"see" images that are like snap shots or movie clips from my past. At

other times, it's as if I'm in the movie, fully experiencing a vision from the Divine that is helping me to heal a past wound or

old issue.

Other times, I receive clear instructions for what to do with images, words, energy infusions, and the resources to carry out

what is being asked of me. The energy enters through the top of my head, travels down to my heart where it expands and

infuses my body, emotions, and mind with the full knowing and vision, and then travels down my arm so words of

guidance can flow through my pen and onto the page. This is a powerful experience of oneness with the angel who is

bringing the message to me from the Divine.

Go beyond words and try drawing your vision and experiences!

Divine Communication through Writing

As we transform and mature, our soul takes us through many different types of communication with angels and aspects of

the Divine.

During dark nights of the soul, it will seem as if you have lost your connection. This is an invitation to drop deeper within

so you can discover how Spirit - your soul, angels, and God - is communicating with you now. Think of your communication

with angels as a living, growing, evolving consciousness.

A few years ago when I was in a dark night of the soul and feeling cut off from connection, my friend Barbara Rose

suggested a form of divine communication through writing prayers or letters. This experience with writing changed my life.



Try it for yourself:

Enter a prayerful state.

Begin with becoming aware of your breath to become present with yourself and clarify your focus. Then write a

prayer or letter to the angels, your soul, God, or any other spiritual being you feel drawn to at that moment. Trust

your inner pull. I often start by stating what I am experiencing. Then ask for what you need and want in simple,

straightforward words from the deepest sincerity of your heart and soul.

Immediately open to receive a response.

Write down your thoughts, feelings, knowing and hearing exactly as you receive it. Take dictation. Do not judge,

criticize, evaluate or think about it in any way. Simply write it down. As you receive, be alert for the energies you

are receiving simultaneously.

Receive with gratitude.

Once the "message" is complete, give full heartfelt, soulful gratitude for the guidance you just received. Take

action on it at the soonest possible moment.

You may feel concerned that what you are receiving is coming from your ego or the illusion. The time to evaluate it

is after you have received the message. While you are receiving, trust with an open heart, mind, and being.

Divine messages are always uplifting. You are changed afterward. You may feel a wonderful energy filling your

body as you receive the message. It is clear, simple, and concise. Angel messages take you into connection with the

Divine.

Ego messages pull you down and are often fearful or negative. Or they aggrandize the ego which seems to be you.

They may have a manipulative feel. This can be a tricky line. The ego is very cleaver and can mimic the feeling of

spirit. When in doubt, ask. Ask during your communication, "Who is this speaking?" When in doubt, pray directly

to God.

Message ~ Speck of Light

My soul continually longs for the embrace of eternal Love. As I was opening to that embrace during a meditation, I felt

sweetness trickling into my heart with every breath. Joy blossomed from that sweetness. Peace spread like the warming

rays of sun. I felt Home.

In my gratitude, I asked the angels and God what they wanted you to know. This is they said:



We are here.

The heavenly host and your Lord are here.

You may feel alone, but you are not.

If you will breathe and turn your attention within, you will find a speck of

Light.

Put your full attention on that speck of Light.

Give it your full mental focus.

When other thoughts enter your mind, disregard them and return to the

Light.

Focus your emotional attention to the Light.

Focus your emotions on your desire to feel the embrace of Love.

When you feel doubts or self-criticism, disregard them and return to your

desire for Love.

Give your full physical energy to focus on the Light.

Direct the feeling of physical energy toward to the Light.

Breathe into the Light.

Invite the Light to expand.

Invite the speck to grow larger.

Open your heart to feel the Light pouring through that opening.

Invite the Light to touch your heart.

We are in that Light.

As the opening of Light expands and connects with your heart, we can embrace you in Love.

Can you feel eternal Love now?

Put a hand over your heart and breathe into the Love that is already present in your heart.

Do not judge.

If doubts or judgments enter your mind or emotions, disregard them and bring your focus back to Love.

Eternal Love is here now for YOU!

Can you feel it?

You are worthy of this Love.

You are worthy of experiencing a direction with us - your angels and your Lord.

We are here now.

Find the place in your soul that knows this is true even if you cannot sense our Presence because we are here with

you now.

Breathe into that Trust.

Relax into our embrace.

Simply Be, From a Place of Fullness

Simply be.

Without effort, without pretense.

Simply be.

From a place of fullness, allow that to pour over into everything you do.

The illusion would have you believe that you are not full of the essence which has made you.

This is the small self attempting to retain power through disbelief and lack of faith.

You are full of the Spirit of God.

You are connected to your Eternal Spirit.

You are a messenger of God.

You are a beautiful spirit of healing transformation.

You are a gift to this world.

You are the Beloved, the Blessed One.

Prayers for Love

My prayer life is rich and potent. Sometimes the prayers that come from my soul scare me and yet, this is what my soul

longs for. Each prayer has blessed me with experiences that have changed me for better and brought me into deeper

relationship with the angels and with Spirit.

These prayers came from my soul along with the messages from Hadraniel. Try them out. Let my prayers open the

3. Do you smell heavenly

aromas with no visible source?

Angels live in a state of beauty that is tangible and visceral. Their very

presence is so exquisite that it exudes fragrance, sound, and vibrations

that express their state of being. Smelling scents that have no visible

source is a sign that angels are with you.

True worthiness is a quality of the soul, the truer part of you. The soul has total

self-love and is worthy of the love of God. This experience is much deeper than

current concepts of self esteem. It is related to your connection with the Source.

When you experience God's love, you simultaneously feel love for yourself and

for others. Openness and receptivity are part of worthiness.

Feelings of vitality and passion - a feeling of being alive - is yours when you call

upon the Angel Worthiness with an open mind and heart.

There is a sense of "YES" in worthiness. "Yes Lord, I will do as you ask." In an

open and receptive state of worthiness, you can hear the Lord's will. Everything

is provided to succeed in what is asked of you. Let your heart be filled with love

and your mind with intelligence when you say yes.

Actions to Attract the Angel Worthiness

Meditate to connect with the deeper state of self-love within your soul. Play the song "Breath of Heaven" by Amy Grant to help you feel the qualities of humility and devotion that can connect you with worthiness. In that state of connection, search for actions that you can take in your life to put a stop to your expressions and feelings of being unworthy.

In moments when worthiness has triumphed, or at times when you want to feel encouraged and strengthened, play the song "Life Uncommon" by Jewel. Ask the Angel Worthiness to help you recognize and appreciate your best qualities. Write about these qualities in your journal.

Take actions to find the truest qualities of worthiness within yourself. Assess how a sense of unworthiness is capturing you and choose instead actions that will bring change. Pray and meditate as you take these actions, asking the Angel Worthiness to help you find God's love for you, your love for yourself, and your love for others. The love is there just waiting for you to seek it.

Here are some ways you can do this:

If you have neglected yourself, improve your appearance by getting a haircut, touching up hair color, or coloring your hair for the first time.

To feel cared for, get a manicure or pedicure.

Take a relaxing bath if you feel anxious.

To let go of old ways and find newer qualities within yourself, organize your closet and give away old clothes. Keep only the clothes that help you feel worthy and beautiful.



Give away everything that you don't use, that doesn't fit, and that feels old. Give the things you no longer need to others who can benefit from them.

4. Can't get a song out of your head?

Music is a part of everything in the celestial realms. The angels sing praises, and

experiences of love and joy literally vibrate into the music of the spheres. That

makes music a natural for angel communications.

Music touching your heart is never a coincidence, it's an angelic message. When a

melody opens your heart, or the lyrics to a song express what you are feeling, you

can be certain your angel is there saying,

"We are here. Breathe. Relax. Trust."

You are loved beyond anything you can imagine. The angels are by your

side when you feel the heart ache of loss. They attract your attention to

music that helps you cry so your heart can pour out its pain and open to

receive the embrace of eternal love.

Whether you are confused, angry, hurt, sad, joyful and celebrating or at

peace, the angels seek to connect with you through all the experiences of

life.

And just like music, the angels also use license plates, billboards, and

signs to communicate messages of love to you.

Agitated? Anxious and don't know why? Overwhelmed by a sense of

urgency with no identifiable cause? I used to feel this way. One day I jumped up and down screaming, "What! What!" until

the answers started to come. I realized I was feeling what I now call "Angel Induced Agitation." The angels were filling me

with more energy that I could contain in answer to my prayers! I just hadn't made the connection yet. Music helps to

convert the energy from agitation to useful inspiration. Heavy metal music with a driving beat is perfect for you discover

what it is for you!

Sometimes, the angels like to use clips of song lyrics to deliver confirmation and guidance. You'll know because you feel a

wave of energy and knowing as you hear the words.

Inner Hearing

Songs may help to awaken your inner hearing or clairvoyance. This can be a challenge to recognize in the beginning

because it may seem like you are talking to yourself. Only some part of you knows it isn't "you" talking.

Humans have so much mental chatter going on all the time that you may not notice the tone has changed and the

content has become much more useful and clear. Be alert to what you are hearing within and ask the question,

"Who's talking?"

Our emotions speak, our mind speaks, our body speaks, our issues and desires speak through our thoughts. So do

the angels, our souls, and God.

You may audibly hear words with no physical source. Asking the question,

"Who's talking" is a powerful way to learn to recognize the parts of yourself

and to identify the influence of angels and God. Yes, God may talk to you

directly. Neale Donald Walsch listened. God talks directly to me, and to

you!

You are worthy of hearing the voices of God and the angels.


Angel Encouragement

Are you facing discouraging circumstances in life? The angel Encouragement

responds to your need by helping you focus on the truth. The first step is

recognizing the situation. It helps to take a few minutes to write down the key

elements of the situation and briefly describe the facts. How do you feel about

the situation? What recurrent thought do you have?

Often, in a challenging situation, your mind gets caught up in self-judgment and

negative thoughts that make the situation feel much worse. You focus on what




you don't like about yourself, endlessly reaffirming your shortcomings. It is possible to change this habitual way of thinking.

A first step is to clearly recognize what you are doing. A second step is to give serious attention to changing. This will

attract the angel Encouragement. The third step is to be open and ready to receive the angel's help.

Try this:

1. When you find yourself spinning in negative thoughts, pause.

2. Notice what the negative thoughts are.

3. Then switch your focus.

Ask yourself these powerful questions:

What is your soul's most important desire?

How can that desire direct your decisions right now?

What actions can you take to achieve your desire?

Occupy your mind by thoroughly thinking through a plan of action to become successful at reaching your desire.

Contemplation is a powerful tool to change habits of negative thinking. Ask yourself, "What could I think about instead of

these negative thoughts?" That question opens up imaginative possibilities.

Do you perk up when you think, "What could I be thinking about? Wow! I

could actually think about many things that are more interesting that

struggling against so much self-judgment!"

When you find yourself struggling, pause. Refocus. Adjust. Ask yourself,

"Where do I want my focus to be? What would be the most productive

focus?" Make decisions about your situation based on clear, intelligent

thought, rather than fear or negative reactions. Take actions that will help.

Ask the angel Encouragement to guide you.

Moments of discouragement are powerful opportunities for experiencing

deeper connections with people as well as with your angel Encouragement.

The connection happens when you are willing to be vulnerable and

receptive while feeling emotionally raw. Who can you trust to give you beneficial encouragement? Open your heart to that

trusted friend.

Perhaps the angel Encouragement wants to enlist your help for someone else - to have you use your influence with people

in your immediate circle of friends, family and co-workers. Is someone you know facing a big challenge and feeling

discouraged? Can you listen with a caring heart and give encouragement? Encouragement means focusing on some

element of truth in the situation. Find some truth that's coming from the depths of soul that can act as a beacon of light

during the challenge.



Look closely at how you interact with others. Do you encourage or criticize their efforts? What can you change about the

way you speak to others so you can be more supportive? Ask the angel Encouragement to help you find the part of your

soul that is genuinely caring.

Actions to Attract the Angel Encouragement

Pause, refocus, and adjust when you catch yourself spinning into negativity.

When you feel discouraged, volunteer to help others in worse straights than you. Help out at a soup kitchen, read

to the blind, or take food to an elderly neighbor.

Focus on your soul's greatest desire. Create a plan of action to become successful at reaching your desire. Take

actions that propel you toward that desire. Ask the angel Encouragement to guide you.

When friends are feeling discouraged, do something to cheer them up.

To open your heart to receive encouragement and feel the touch of the angel, play "All Love Can Be" by Charlotte

Church or "I Know What Love Is" by Celine Dion. Ask the angel to help you find in your heart the caring that can be

felt in the music so you can be an encouraging friend to others. Someone who listens from a place of genuine

concern.

5. Do pennies seem to just appear?

Angels are in a natural state of abundance, just as your true being is. There is no shortage of anything in the celestial

realms.

Do you find pennies on the ground or left in pockets? Buried under seat

cushions and on table tops all over the house?

Receiving pennies from heaven is your angel blessing you with abundance

and trust.

With this cheery "hello," your angels are drawing your attention to

opportunity and the blessings of gratitude.

The Power of Prayer Walking

Once I was staying in a hotel on a trip. My next action step wasn't clear to me. I had been asking in prayer, but hadn't

received the information I needed to know what to do next. Feeling quite agitated, I went outside to do a prayer walk. A

prayer walk is just that. You walk and pray.

The hotel took up a city block so I walked around the hotel. It was a big city and the sidewalk was crowded with people.

When I first came out of the door, I noticed a penny on the ground. Being just a penny, I stepped over it and started my

walk. I walked fast and prayed with intensity, asking for my next step. Each time I passed the front door of the hotel, I

noticed the penny was still there. After circling the building about five times with frustration and agitation building to fuel

the intensity of my prayer, I still had no answer.

Pennies are confirmation

that you are being guided,

provided for, loved, and

nourished.



Then it happened. I saw that penny on the ground that no one else had picked up and stopped suddenly in front of it.

People bumped into me and went around mumbling. Bursting into laughter, I bent down to pick it up and read the penny.

What does it say?

"In God we Trust."

That was the answer. I actually knew my next step all along, I just didn't trust it. When I

read those words, the power of trust flooded through my being and I knew.

Since that experience, pennies are always a God-send to me. I see them everywhere and

usually pick them up feeling a little rush of trusting energy, connection, and gratitude.

Pennies remind me to trust that I am guided. Always.

Pennies remind me that the smallest hints and knowing can produce massive results.

Pennies remind me that the abundance I need is on the way.

Pennies remind me to be grateful for EVERYTHING I have.

Pennies remind me to be generous with others.

Pennies remind me to look for the opportunities and resources that the angels are trying to give me!

Prayer to Accept God's Help

This is one of my personal prayers from a time when I was resisting God's help and couldn't see what was right in front of

me. I pray that it opens your heart to your own soul prayers.

My Beloved Angels,

Please help me to stop resisting your help.

Help me to completely trust you.

What if I could let you move me without needing to figure out

why or where beforehand?

I am so stuck in wanting to know!

I've come to see money as love. When I give someone money for a product or

service, I am giving them loving gratitude and appreciation for what I am

receiving. Likewise, when people give me money for my efforts, I feel it as loving

gratitude flowing to me.

Each time I receive money from someone, I stop everything for a 4-minute prayer

of gratitude asking for expansion of our true beings and our supply of goodness

and abundance. I palpably feel the energy infusion from Spirit to both of us. It is a

glorious experience of unconditional love.

Gratitude

Be grateful before you recognize a response. The angels are there for you whether you are aware of them or not.

When you give gratitude as an act of faith, something can shift in your consciousness so that you can become
