TLFA’s OTHER MINISTRIES Hospital Ministry : TLFA conducts regular hospital visits to distribute food, bibles,tracts and pray for sick and needy. We reached out many through this ministry. Education & Widows support : TLFA Seminary’s ‘Helping Hand’ team, distributed school bags, financial aids and medical aid to the poor and needy students and widows in different parts of India.

School Ministry:TLFA have a school in Sengottai managed by Pastor Balakrishnan and family. We have 73 students studying here from Pri 1 to 5. New Church plant (2015-2016):We are in the process of building a new church in Alamkulam.

Pastoral Visits :Many pastors and well wishers from different parts of India and outside visited the campus to give lectures and encourage the Seminary students.

Baptism: Every quarterly baptism services are held at the Campus.

RESEARCH CENTRE & PRAYER TOWER We thank God for His provision to built a 3 story (12,000 sqft) research Centre and prayer tower building. By adding this, the Seminary has more facilities and space to accommodate more students this coming year.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS ACADAMIC YEAR (2015-2016)

• TLFABS was granted Associate membership with Asia Theological Association (ATA).

• The 1st Batch of MTh program with 5 students in attendance, was officially opened on 2nd Sept 2015.

• TLFABS’s programs are in accreditation process with Dayspring Theological University, USA

• In this 4th graduation service 45 students are graduating with certificate to Masters level. All of them are,in campus students and they went through thorough training and self-discipline .

• Many fasting prayers were conducted by the President and the team to enhance the spiritual atmosphere of the student body

ORDINATION After much observation, Prayer and discernment the Board of Directors of TLFA decided to ordain its 4 former graduates, to work with us in different states of India. We are proud about their ministry in the mission field and pray that many more may come to know the Lord through their ordained ministry.

ADMINISTRATION Thank God that He brought many God fearing and committed faculty members and administrative staff to the college. Rev Dr. Samuel Kunjumone, the founding Pastor of COTL (IC, S’pore) is presiding as the President of the College. Pr Jerin Robert is appointed as the Principal of the Seminary from June 2014.Pr Edison Thomas and Pr Ani Singh are appointed as the Academic Dean of students. Pr VM Jacob is the Dean of Student and Rev P G Jacob is the Patron of the College. From May 25th, 2015, Rev Xavier was appointed as the Chaplain of the College; and Rev Dr KP Thomas is the Spiritual Advisor for students and Rev Dr Sabu Philip is appointed as Department head of the Counselling & Research centre.

During this academic year (2015-2016) three more teachers were added to the faculty. Rev John P Thomas, Rev Joymon Varghese and Rev Ebymon A. We also had many outstanding professors from different parts of the world to teach Gods word.

We thank God for His faithfulness in leading us thus far…May all Glory and honour goes to God.

OUR HISTORY True Light For Asia Biblical Seminary is a registered charitable organisation under the Trust Act of India. In the year 2004, God has given a burden and vision to Rev.Dr. Samuel Kunjumone and COTL to reach out the perishing souls in India, as he was the founding pastor of the COTL (IC) in Singapore. Without trained pastors it is impossible to reach out the perishing souls. With this in mind, TLFA Biblical Seminary was built at Vengoor and officially opened on 2nd December 2010.

TLFA is affiliated by IATA and TLFA International and the Associate Member of ATA. The College started with 3 students in attendance on 1st June 2011, and the first batch of 12 students graduated on 28th February 2013. The 2nd graduation service was held on 13th March 2014 in which 30 students graduated and 3 honorary Doctor of Divinity were awarded to three outstanding servant of God. The 3rd graduation service was held on the 26th of February 2015 in which 37 students were graduated.

CAMPUS NEWS In this academic year, 2015-2016 we had 123 students from different

states of India studying Gods word. In our extension program towards certificate and Diploma, another 10 pastors are enrolled. This year 45 students will be graduating with different programs. Thank God that He sent many to our Seminary to be trained as future leaders of the nation.

During this academic year, quarterly, 3days Pastors’ conference was conducted in which hundreds of pastors attended and were blessed. The students and the faculty served actively in many of the poor Homes, Hospitals, Leprosy Centre Aids Centre, TB centre and other charitable organizations by providing food, education and other needy items. TLFA organized 1 day tour for all the students which was a good time of bonding and fellowship. OUR VISION & MISSION

Our vision is to reach out the unreached villages of India, through our Seminary graduates for the glory of God. Our mission is to develop and equip Christian leaders for the fulfilment of the Great Commission in Asia and around the world. TLFA is equipping Christian leaders to be passionate and spiritual multiplies committed to growing Christ likeness, learning and living out God’s word and communicating Gods word effectively.
