OT Tip of the WeekEye health and screen time. As we continue on our journey with remote learning it’s important to keep our health in mind and in this case our eye health

as we’re spending more time on screens to access educational materials. As you and your child find their groove of balancing remote learning activities and screen time, try to be aware of some eye saving tips such as adjusting the screen brightness, good lighting in the work environment and making sure to change what you’re visually focusing on at least every 20 minutes for at least 20 seconds. Check out Ms. Rojas’ faculty page for more specific eye health and vision development tips.
