Introducing...

Introducing... Danny RedmanI believe I am one of the lucky ones. I have had the privilege of living on this Sunshine Coast since I was six years old. In my teenage years as a surfer I have fond memories of the point breaks at Noosa, Point Cartwright and Moffat Beach when there was absolutely no-one to share the waves apart from a couple of mates, and when there was no surf riding trail bikes around the hills of Mapleton and what is now Mountain Creek and Sippy Downs when there was nothing but dirt and bush. Apart from two years travelling and working throughout Europe I have lived on the Coast nearly all my life.

My real estate career began in 1981 in Nambour. After a 10 year association with the rural and town communities I moved my family to Buderim to be closer to private schools and of course, to manage Ken Guy Real Estate on Buderim. In the period between 1989 and 1999 I was an active member of the Executive Committee of the Real Estate Institute, five of these years I served as Vice president of the Sunshine Coast Branch.

An interesting feature of Buderim is that every position and block of land is unique. The individual nature of property, the quality of view and point of difference some have over others is a specialised field.

Our results and our ability to continually to challenge the best possible result and never taking for granted the true potential of our Marketplace is my passion and something that challenges us daily.

As an acreage dweller, just a couple of minutes from the office I love nothing better than spending time gardening or kayaking through our fantastic waterways. We have unbelievable lifestyles and a unique opportunity to participate in it.

The Sunshine Coast is a precious and safe part of our world. It has continually been held in high regard for overseas and interstate visitors as a place to call home. Our current dynamic growth has finally been recognised as we enter the global stage to be (especially Buderim) the best place in the world to live.
