In support of her Supplemental Brief Pursuant to the Courts October 15 O rder , plaintiff
Karen Golinski requests that the Court take judicial notice of the attached Exhibits 1 and 2 under
Federal Rule of Evidence 201 .
Both exhibits are documents filed in proceedings bef ore the Employment DisputeResolution tribunal and the Judicial Council of the Ninth Circuit in In the Matter of Karen
Golinski , No. 09 -80173 (9th Cir.). The Court may take judicial notice of documents filed in
another proceeding. See Transmission Agency of N . California v. Sierra Pac. Power Co. , 295
F.3d 918, 924 n.3 (9th Cir. 2002) (taking judicial notice of the existence and contents of an order
