As indicated by the activities of the communication and dissemination of the FINERPOL project, project

partners have developed several actions in order to give more visibility and dissemination to the project.

The main activities are:

- Communication and Dissemination Plan

- Organization of interregional dissemination activities

- Upgrading of existing web information

- Design and elaboration of communication tools like projects newsletter, published dossier

about interregional events…

- Participation in annual Interreg Europe events:

DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES

During the second semester, two dissemination activities were developed coinciding with the

Interregional Events.

1. Coinciding with the Interregional event 3, was hold the Workshop “A New Fund For Energy

Efficiency Investment” on November 4th in London (UK). The workshop was attended by more

than 50 stakeholder with representation of differents sectors: international public

administrations, regional public administrations, financial institutions, construction sector.

2. Coinciding with the Interregional event 4, was hold the Workshop “FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS

FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY INVESTMENT: EXPERIENCES and OPPORTUNITIES” on

March 3th in Trento (Italy). The workshop was attended by more than 120 stakeholder.

Also, several dissemination activities were organized in Semester 2 with the aim to disseminate the

development of project activities.

RIS3 Extremadura Forum 2016. Caceres (Spain), November 10th 2016

Extremadura Goverment, FUNDECYT-PCTEx and the Office for Innovation, organized the RIS3

Extremadura Forum 2016, on November 10th with the aim of promoting the exchange of knowledge

and technology transfer, two of the pillars of Innovation in Extremadura. Collaboration, interaction and

relationships between the business sector and R + D + I agents are an increasingly tangible reality in

our region.

The Forum also had the support and participation of the Enterprise Europe Network, an international

business network with more than 600 offices worldwide and 3,000 local experts in legislation,

technology transfer and access to European funding.

FICON Forum 2016. Don Benito (Spain), November 23th 2016

Cosme Segador, Head of the Extremadura Energy Agency (AGENEX), participated in the 5th edition

of Forum FICON as a speaker. He presented the European projects FINERPOL and REHABILITE,

which are led by Extremadura and focused on energy rehabilitation financing.
