❏ You have a magic box. When you put an object in, it comes out like something else. Write about a time that you used your magic box. What did you put in? What did it change into? Why did you choose the objects that you did? What will you do with the new object?

If you get the word correct, you keep the word. If not, add it to the bottom of the stack. Who has the most words at the end? Remember:

Remember that consonant blends are two or more consonants in words that are grouped together and make a distinct consonant sound such as bl-, pr-, tr-, spl-, str-, sp-, cr-, etc. Make a list of words you find with consonant blends. Try to find at least 6 words. Let your teacher know how many you find!
