PLAN, PREPARE AND SCHEDULE YOUR MEALS
EVERY BREAKFAST IS A SHAKE
YOU CAN HAVE COFFEE! (1-2 cups). (COCONUT CREAMER)
TURN YOUR SLENDER SMOOTHIES -- GREEN ADD SPINACH, CARROTS, RAW VEGGIES, FROZ/ FRUIT, etc.
DON’T OVER CONSUME FRUIT OR HIGHER CALORIE FOODS
DRINK WATER (YOUR BODY WEIGHT DIVIDED BY 2 EQUALS THE # OF OUNCES YOU SHOULD CONSUME)
