Skool Loop App - Trou-bleshooting Tips When you send a permission form

through the school app you will re-ceive a notification stating it has been submitted and you are emailed a copy of what you have submitted. This will help you keep track of which permission forms you have sent already.

Instant messages/ push notifica-tions from school – When you download the app the app will ask you “do you want push notifica-tions?” Please be aware some phones automatically accept push notifications but most ask you this question. If you tick “NO” you will not receive notifications from the school. If you have accidently ticked “NO” please uninstall and reinstall the school app and tick “YES”.

Please ensure in your settings on your phone that notifications are turned on and volume is on.

The push notification will appear on your screen of the your phone, however some phones do only al-low it to sit there for a few minutes and then store in notice centre.

Please ensure you update you school app regularly as the Skool Loop team are often tweaking the app to ensure maximum efficiently. Some phones automatically up-date, however many don’t and ask that you update in your App store or Play store.

If you require a little more support please feel free to ring the team at Skool Loop and they will assist you to ensure you school app is work-ing as expected. 0800 238379.
