vinegar (great on Chicken Nugget Day!)

powder. Pour over 10 #10 cans of beans

salad dressing with pre-shredded
cabbage, carrots

and 1 cup mustard. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes.

2 cups granulated sugar, 6 oz. vegetable oil, 2

lbs. of cooked potatoes.

salt and 2 tsp. white pepper to 2 cups oil. Toss with 40
lbs. carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, etc. and bake at 450
for 15 minutes.

strawberry jam or orange marmalade with 9 lbs. low-fat

•#20 –Chicken and Rice. Combine 3 lbs. brown
rice with 2 Tbsp. salt and ¼ cup of spice mix
(Mexican, Cajun, Jerk, etc.) in 6” pan. Add 10
cups of water and 11 ¼ lbs. of chicken
fajita/diced chicken. Cover and bake at 350 for
45 minutes (50 #6=2 MMA 1 G)

• #21 –Enchilada Pie. In a 2” hotel pan
in multiple layers incorporate: 8 cups

shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at
350 degrees for 30 minutes.

and paprika. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Yes, you can!
• #23 –Fancy Chicken Breast. Or brush it with some BBQ
sauce, teriyaki sauce or spice mix.

with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 2-3
hours. Cool and and cut/slice meat for sandwiches or
Turkey and Gravy.
