Kevin Chuah is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Monash University with a major in Accounting, and very early on decided that something other than being a certified accountant was going to be his future calling. Building on his audit experience, he moved on to Arthur Andersen focusing on the IT aspects of audit and riding the wave of Y2K engagements.

When the opportunity arose to be part of Optus’ first Revenue Assurance Mobile team in 2003, it was a chance to get a free mobile phone and leverage his audit experience in a rapidly evolving telecommunications industry. Kevin’s role evolved into a Leadership role in 2008, and in 2014, his responsibility expanded to Retail Compliance as a result of Optus and Virgin Mobile expanding its number of company-owned stores. In 2015, this expanded again to also include responsibility for Compliance in Optus’ Service and Digital teams.

Kanishka a Sri Lankan national who has more than 10 years’ experience in telecom sector and CIMA qualified accountant. Kanishka started his career in telecom industry in Dialog Axiata in Sri Lanka and now serves as the Chief financial officer of Smart Axiata in Cambodia.

Kanishka has worked in Axiata operations in Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Cambodia. Prior joining Axiata Kanishka worked in Pricewaterhousecoopers and Srilankan airlines. Apart from accounting, Kanishka holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bangalore University and Master of Business Administration in Finance, Manipal University, India. He is also a certified SAP Business One consultant.

Anthony was born and educated in South Africa, having completed his tertiary education with a degree in Accounting Science and is a Certified Systems Auditor. His professional career over 15 years includes extensive experience in the Telecommunications and Petrochemical industries.

Anthony joined MTN Group in 2012 to lead, design and implement a turnaround strategy for its Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management since 2012. This program has been hugely successful in improving profitability through more effective Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management practices. The next stage of this strategy is to implement and harness the value of a Centre of Excellence and Shared Service Centre for MTN’s operations.
