Dear Prospective Homeowner,
Over the two years that I’ve lived in this house, it has been my refuge at the end of the workday and on weekends. I like its beautifully laid-out plan, which faces handsome, mature trees. I enjoy watching sunsets as I sit on the porch, sipping tea. This townhouse, a Pulte Caldwell, is over 2,700 square feet and feels like a single family home. The master bedroom is quiet and spacious and has a fabulous master bathroom with a Kohler soaking tub. The other two bedrooms are large, both with walk-in closets—I turned one into a guest bedroom and other is for my grandsons’ visits. I had fun decorating each room with a view to making each space comfortable and airy. The kitchen and family room are wonderful for casual entertaining and I am especially grateful for the gas cooking and the ability to walk into the kitchen from the garage with my grocery bags—no stairs to climb! The Hamlets at Red Cedar is a beautiful, private neighborhood on 1,300 acres surrounded by scenic conservation land, rolling hills, and Goose Creek. I have gone on many pleasant walks and bike rides along the trails. My grandson is thrilled to go on wagon rides to the parks and tot lots where he can play for hours on end. I’ve also enjoyed many of the events sponsored by the homeowner’s association, such as wine and cheese mixers at the Clubhouse, Santa’s visit over the holidays, and movies al fresco during the summer. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in this home. Were it not for my upcoming marriage, I would be staying put. I hope you feel the same peace in and affection for this house as I do.
