*Transfer recipients must sign into their My Churchill Downs account or create an account before accepting a ticket transfer.

Download the Churchill Downs Racetrack App on your smartphone. Open the app and select the Tickets icon on the bottom toolbar.

Our updated health and safety protocols

All health and safety protocols are subject to change in accordance with state and local guidance. More information on our most up-to-date and complete protocols can be found at KentuckyDerby.com/Updates.

GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT

Per state and local guidelines, masks are to be worn at all times except when actively eating or drinking.

Hand washing locations and hand sanitizing stations will be made readily available throughout the facility.

Guests will be encouraged to socially distance themselves from others when possible.

STAFF AND CLEANING PROTOCOLS

All front line team members who interact with guests will wear masks and practice proper social distancing. All team members will have to pass a medical screening checkpoint which will consist of a temperature check and medical questionnaire. All team members will have access to soap and water or hand sanitizer and will be asked to wash their hands or sanitize them frequently throughout the day.

Restrooms will be staffed with a cleaning attendant to clean and disinfect surfaces throughout the day. Floor decals will be in place to encourage social distancing at high traffic restroom locations.

Hand washing information will be placed in each restroom to remind guests how to properly wash their hands.

Cleaning and sanitation of frequently touched surfaces will be conducted using EPA-registered household disinfectants.

ENTRY PROCESS

Security screening staff and equipment will be spread out to comply with social distancing at all entry gates (Paddock Gate, Clubhouse Gate and Infield Gate).

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Additional hand sinks will be provided for more frequent hand washing. Sanitizing wipes will be used at all locations to disinfect transaction counters every 30 minutes.

DINING AREASMeals will be served from an individually portioned pre-set menu between the hours of 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pre-packaged snacks will be served between the hours of 2:30 p.m. – until last call. Condiments will be served in individual packets.

CONCESSIONS All food and beverage options are included with your all-inclusive Oaks and Derby tickets.

Food containers will be covered with foil sheets or lids. All food items will be covered in back-of-house areas before being served to guests. All condiments will be in packets and served to guests by team members.

Wrapped cutlery sets with a napkin will be included with food items.

WAGERING

Guests are encouraged to use TwinSpires.com which can be accessed via Wi-Fi by connecting to Churchill Guest. Through this platform, guests can fund an account, place a bet, and withdraw winnings without interacting with another person. New players get a free $10 bet with promo code RACE50.

Live mutuel tellers will be utilized around the facility with extra precautions taken to ensure compliance with social distancing recommendations.

Hand sanitizer dispensers will be positioned at each mutuel area for customers to use before or after interacting with a mutuel teller.

Self-service terminals will be used throughout the venue.

For the 2021 Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks, all reserved seating (Clubhouse boxes, Grandstand boxes and bleachers) will include food, non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages.

We continually strive to make your overall experience more enjoyable and work to ensure the highest level of safety for our guests and our team. An all-inclusive option allows us to improve your experience by reducing the amount of time spent in line, eliminating the need to carry extra cash for food and beverages, and avoid the hassle of paying for every transaction. You will also be afforded the opportunity to try a greater variety of food, including past favorites and exciting new additions, while enjoying a full premium beverage selection.

As part of your package, complimentary commemorative drinkware will be available for the Old Forester Mint Julep, Finlandia Oaks Lily and Woodford Reserve Spire.

ADMISSION POLICY AND GATES

Admission gates open at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, April 30, and 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 1. Admission gates include the Paddock Gate, Clubhouse Gate and Infield Gate.

All ticket holders must present their ticket(s) for scanning at the admission gate. Guests with pre-printed tickets, mobile tickets and passes, i.e., VIP pass, Owners/Trainers pass, may enter through any customer entry location. Re-entry is not permitted.

CHILD TICKET POLICY FOR OAKS AND DERBY DAYS

Children of any age require a ticket to be admitted to any reserved seating area.

ACCESS AND WRISTBAND LOCATIONS

Access to all box and bleacher seats, dining rooms and suite seating areas require an advanced ticket purchase. Please find the seat location that corresponds to your ticket on the seating chart found in this brochure. Proceed to your ticketed seat location once inside the gates.

You will find your designated wristband location at or near the entrance to your ticketed section or room. Your ticket will be scanned at this location, and a wristband will be placed on your wrist. As you exit and re-enter your seating section throughout the day, please show your wristband to security personnel to be granted access to your ticketed area.

CONCESSIONS AND DINING AREAS

All food and beverage options are included with your all-inclusive Oaks and Derby tickets. You must go to your seating area to receive a wristband prior to visiting the concessions stands.

SECURITY OFFICE

The security office, including lost and found, is located on the first floor of the Clubhouse near the Clubhouse elevator and escalator lobby and U.S. Bank. To contact lost and found, please call (502) 636-4526.

FINDING HELP

In case of an emergency, or if you get lost or separated from your party, you may find yourself in need of assistance from our staff. With thousands of team members throughout the track on Derby day, chances are, you aren’t too far from someone who can help. Our Guest Services representatives will be wearing red shirts and/or jackets.

In addition to Guest Services, you will see ushers wearing bright yellow shirts and windbreakers, as well as a variety of uniformed security personnel. If you can not find an employee to help you, please text the word DERBY to 69050 and you will be placed in touch with Guest Services.

PROGRAMS

Complimentary racing programs will be provided to guests upon entry through the Paddock, Clubhouse and Infield Gates. Program kiosks will be visible to customers passing through the gate turnstiles. Customers may pick up their complimentary racing program immediately after entering the facility and prior to visiting their seating location. Please note that programs are no longer delivered to guest suite and dining locations. Limit of one program per guest while supplies last. Visit ChurchillDowns.com/programs for more information.

Tip sheets and other wagering products are available for purchase at the program booths throughout the facility, including the ITW program booth located next to the Aristides Lounge on the second floor of the Clubhouse.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

EFFECTIVE DERBY WEEK (SATURDAY, APRIL 24 – SATURDAY, MAY 1)

The following items are not permitted inside the entry gates at Churchill Downs Racetrack. All guests will be checked for prohibited items as they enter the venue. Guests will be required to return any prohibited items to their vehicles or discard them before entering the facility. Churchill Downs Racetrack will not be responsible for any items left near the entrances and such items may be thrown away.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:• Alcoholic beverages• Backpacks, duffel bags and luggage• Bags (larger than 12” x 6” x 12”)• Balloons and inflatables• Banners and/or signs, unless pre-approved• Cameras with detachable lenses, or equipped with

a lens 6” or larger• Canopies and tents• Cans (any size/type), glass bottles or containers• Chairs • Confetti• Coolers• Drones and remote controlled aircraft• Fireworks, noise makers, air horns, laser lights/

pointers or pepper spray• Food & beverages (except as described on pg. 13)• Grills• Hoverboards, skateboards and scooters• Illegal substances• Mirrors larger than 3” x 3”• Personal music players without headphones,

portable speakers/sound systems• Pets, except for trained service animals• Poles or sticks of any size• Projectile items, balls and Frisbees• Seat cushions that are larger than 15” x 15” and that

DERBY WEEK BAG UPDATE Churchill Downs Racetrack will enforce a restricted bag policy from Saturday, April 24 through Derby day, Saturday, May 1, 2021. Each guest is permitted one bag, no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”.

NOTABLE EXCEPTIONS THAT ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE GATES

• Baby bag and diaper bags, if accompanied by a child (subject to search)

• Strollers, if accompanied by a child

THURBY, OAKS AND DERBY DAYS ONLY• Boxed lunches or food items in clear

plastic bags or containers that do not exceed the maximum size (12” x 6” x 12”). Boxed lunches or food items must fit in the guest’s bag or one-gallon, clear Ziploc-style storage bag (no trash bags). Guests are restricted to one bag only—additional bags for food will not be permitted.

• Bottled water that is in a sealed, clear and unopened plastic bottle—limit of two 24 oz. bottles per person

FIRST AID

There are three First Aid locations available during Derby Week at Churchill Downs.

• Ground level at the Executive Office to the east of the Paddock Gate

• Inside the Paddock Gate

• Fifth floor of the Jockey Club Suites between Suite 517 and Suite 518

• Infield west by the Longfield Tunnel

NURSING MOTHERS ROOMS

There are two nursing mothers rooms available at Churchill Downs during Derby Week:

• Second floor of the Clubhouse next to Aristides Lounge

• Second floor of the Clubhouse behind Section 320

RESTROOMS

Restrooms are located on all floors of the main facility.

ATM

ATM machines are located throughout the facility. If you have trouble locating one near your area, please ask your concierge or a Guest Services representative for assistance. In addition, a U.S. Bank branch is located on the first floor of the Clubhouse near the Clubhouse elevator and escalator lobby.

SMOKING POLICY

Churchill Downs prohibits smoking and e-cigarettes in interior locations or in any location where food is being served, including outdoor balconies. Smoking is permitted in most outdoor areas not bound by two or more walls, provided the area meets local regulations.

Guests will be required to wear their masks before and after smoking.

WI-FI

Wi-Fi is available in most dining and suite locations. Please connect to Churchill Guest to access Wi-Fi.

CAR PARKING

All onsite parking at Churchill Downs is pre-sold for Oaks and Derby. Traffic will be restricted along Central Avenue from Taylor Boulevard to Floyd Street (approximately 8:00 a.m. each day)

Parking gates will open at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, April 30, and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 1. Overnight parking is not permitted.

GUESTS WITH ONSITE PARKING HANGTAGS

A limited quantity of car, limo, bus and mini-bus parking is available onsite. All onsite parking is pre-sold.

GUEST DROP-OFFS

No onsite guest drop-offs are permitted without a pre-purchased Derby Drive drop-off pass. Guests with a pre-purchased pass can be dropped off at our Derby Drive drop-off zone. Passes are good for drop-off only.

NEIGHBORHOOD PARKING

Parking may also be available in the neighborhoods surrounding Churchill Downs. Please be advised Churchill Downs does not own all property or parking lots adjacent to the racetrack facility. Some private lot attendants may charge you to park, depending on the day.

Pedestrians parking north of Churchill Downs will be able to cross Central Avenue at 3rd, 6th and 9th streets.

For those guests requiring ADA-accessibility, the pedestrian crossings at 3rd Street and 9th Street are recommended.

SCOOTERS

Attendees utilizing rental scooters as their mode of transportation will not be able to access the Churchill Downs property or any of the restricted roadways on the scooter. Please utilize the scooter app for details about appropriate parking zones and restricted riding areas. Ride safely!
