Position: CCTV/network video Service Engineer

Salary: £ negotiable Plus overtime, Package

Location(S): North East of England

Job description: We are seeking to recruit a forward thinking ambitious Video Surveillance & Electronic Security Systems Engineer to operate throughout the North East to provide services to our client base.The role will involve the preventative and corrective maintenance, reactive servicing, testing, inspection, repairs, installation and commissioning of City Centre CCTV and associated systems and other Electronic Security systems that the Company provides.

Requirements: An experienced service engineer, you will have knowledge of City Centre surveillance and large scale video (CCTV) Systems.Ability to fault find on CCTV & Access Control systems.Able to work on own initiative and provide direct Client liaison support in contract delivery.A full driver’s licence is essential.A willingness to be part of the 24/7 call out roster.A willingness to be flexible and hard working with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative with minimum supervision

Duties: Assist in the delivery of day to day fault finding and repairs to large scale urban surveillance systems and electronic security systems.Assist in the delivery of day to day Routine maintenance services and adherence to scheduled servicesOperate to the company’s ISO9001 procedureEnsure a high level of communication both written and verbalEnsure all documentation is filed at branch level both electronic and hard copyEnsure that the operations adhere to group and company policies and procedures Undertake H&S risk and method statements to ensure a safe environment and method of work.
