Please read the complete contents before entering a competition. OMC continuously improves the competition categories in Hair, Aesthetics and Nails in order to maintain the highest standard in the world of competitions. Please do not forget that the maximum age limit for junior competitors is 22 years ( the day of the 23rd birthday being excluded ). The junior competitors must show their passports or ID on stage before the competition starts. OMC INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

CAN BE ORGANIZED ONLY BY OMC WORLD

OMC member organizations interested in organizing an OMC National Championship or international championship can send a requested by email to OMC World President Salvatore Fodera. OMC HAIRWORLD INC. will subcontract independent fair companies in the countries where OMC can successfully organize international championships. While the financial agreement is made with the fair company, the OMC member organizations of the respective countries will have the privilege of being the host. Approved OMC international championships: OMC HAIRWORLD / OMC World Cup (annually) OMC Gold Individual Championship on request OMC Europe Cup can only be organized when we have no World Cup in Paris OMC HAIRWORLD / World Cup is organized annually. The OMC Gold Individual Championship can be organized 5 to 6 months apart from OMC HAIRWORLD / World Cup. The OMC HW INC. Board of Directors sets the financial obligations and competitor registration fees for each event.

All tests are won on an individual basis first GENERAL REGULATIONS

All OMC International Championships are organized and directed by OMC HAIRWORLD INC. Registration is open to all competitors current with their OMC member country organizations. According to article 9 of the OMC's bylaws, it is essential for all OMC member country organizations to observe and respect the OMC No-Compete Clause. OMC member organizations cannot organize international championships that are not under the auspices of OMC. The same principle applies for their competitors. All competitors of OMC member country organizations can only compete in international competitions organized under the auspices of OMC World. OMC member countries can only organize national championships. If this is not the case, their membership with OMC will be canceled. 1. Registration Conditions

Only countries that are members of OMC and have paid their current membership dues may take part in the Ladies and/or Gents Sections of OMC International Championships. Registration is guaranteed up to the deadline.

2. Senior OMC Automatic Team Selection

All OMC member country organizations register all their senior competitors on individual basis in the concerned categories. OMC World Cup: The top 3 competitors with the highest accumulated scores will automatically form the country team. The team can consist of competitors from different organizations in a country, because the teams are considered as countries' national teams, not as organizations' teams. All other OMC international or national championships are carrying out on individual basis.

3. Junior OMC Automatic junior Team Selection at HAIRWORLD

All OMC member country organizations register all their junior competitors on individual basis in the concerned categories. Junior OMC International Cup: The top 3 competitors with the highest accumulated scores will form the country team. The team can consist of competitors from different organizations in a country, because the teams are considered as countries' national teams, not as organizations' teams.

4. Minimum 5 National Teams to receive the Sr. or Jr. OMC Team Cup

If there are less than 5 nationals teams registered in any of the Sr. or Jr. OMC International championships combinations category, the category concerned will automatically become an individual competition. This means that the OMC Senior Team world cup will not be awarded in the concerned category. The same principle will apply for the Juniors team International Cup. At the jury briefing the day before the OMC championship OMC will inform all OMC delegate that this is the case. But will not mentioned the category concerned, in order not to demoralize the concerned competitors. If there are less than 10 competitors in any competition, OMC has the unilateral choice to cancel the concerned competition.

5. Competitor Citizenship and Residency

Competitors can compete either for their country of residency or for their country of origin, has long as the respective country is a member of OMC.

6. Competitor and Model Release The competitors and models entering any of the OMC competitions automatically are bound to agree with all OMC copyright conditions stated in the Competitor and Model Release enclosed in the Competition Guidebook. However, it is essential for the countries concerned to send a signed release to the OMC office together with the registration forms. The countries/organizations are responsible for competitors sending the Competitor and Model Release. OMC and the host country shall not be liable for any damage resulting from not submitting the Competitor and Model Release.

7. Competitor Registration Fees

All registration fees for all competitions are fixed by OMC HAIRWORLD INC. Payments can only be made after they receive and approve their delegation invoice. Only one wire transfer will be accepted by the national organization. No cash payments will be accepted on site.

8. Registration Files The registration files must include the names of the competitors and their personal e-Mail address. OMC will check all registrations. If registrations are correct, the OMC members will receive an invoice to be paid by the indicated deadline. The OMC member country organizations are directly and fully responsible for all competitors they enroll. The OMC cannot be made responsible for any infractions made by its members. In case an OMC member country organization or individual competitor(s) are found to have acted against these rules, either during or after the event, its champion title will be withdrawn, the competitor(s) concerned will be disqualified, it will have to



give back to the OMC all awards that were given to the competitor (s) concerned, and a sanction will be attributed to the OMC member organization.

9. Countries’ National Trainers Countries national trainers are not considered to be (world champions) regardless if they have trained a winning team.

Their title is Trainer of their national winning team.

The National trainers of the Sr & Jr of the top 5 winning teams will receive the (OMC International Trainer Diplomas with the image of the medal).

OMC recognizes only the official national trainers of country`s organizations. Example: If a trainer from a different country

organization is asked to help and train a national team and the team wins the OMC World Cup, the trainer in question is not considered a world champion and it is not allowed to join the winning team on stage.

10. OMC Team World Cup Entitlement The OMC Team World Cup belongs to the country national association. The 3 team members winner of the OMC team world cup will be awarded a miniature copy, Instead of the Medal. It is forbidden for any member to copy the OMC TEAM WORLD CUP.

It is forbidden for any competitor who is not a winner of the OMC World Cup to promote him/herself on social media with a photo of the OMC World Cup not won personally. If this happens, it is considered a detrimental act towards OMC. OMC has the right to revoke the title of his/her national team and revoke the membership of the organization concerned.

11. Junior Age Limit 22 years (day of 23rd birthday excluded) The day of the competition on stage, all junior competitors must be in possession of their passports or ID cards to show to the Competition Directors as prove of their correct age. In case no proof is provided, the junior competitor/s concerned will be disqualified from the Championship. Juniors Competitors are not allowed to compete simultaneously in Junior & senior tests in the same championship. OMC Junior Championships - Individual and Team All junior competition tests are held under the title “ Junior OMC International Cup". In case of misuse of the junior international title, OMC will disqualify the national association from the title, as well as the junior competitors concerned. The OMC World Champion Title will be awarded only to the Senior Competitors.

12. Canceling or Rescheduling of Competitions OMC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any competition deemed necessary in its sole and exclusive discretion. If OMC cancels a competition, OMC will reimburse the competitors concerned. Competitors who cancel their participation after the deadline will not be refunded.

13. Competing simultaneously in a Ladies and Gents championship is forbidden

Competing simultaneously in both the Ladies and Gents Section in one and the same championship is forbidden. The competitors can only compete in one Section, either in the Ladies or in the Gents.

14. Member organization masterclass using the OMC Logo Forbidden, for organizations and or for their individual members to use the OMC name and TM logo when presenting masterclasses for their own personal gain! If this is the case, their title will be revoked. They can use only their title to promote their Salon & Personal image. But not the OMC TM Logo.



General Instructions for Competitions Ladies / Gents / Seniors / Juniors

1. Combination Tests

Combination tests cannot be performed separately, unless explicitly stated in the competition rules. If the competitors register in a combination and choses to compete in one test the fees remain the same.

2. Brushing or wet the Hair. Competitors before line -up in the holding area they must brush or wet their Model /MH Hair according to the tests. 3. Mirror Numbers Stating in 2020 the competitors mirror Numbers will be distributed in the competitors holding area. Once this has being accomplished the concerned competitors will follow the OMC competition directors who will escort them to their working area. 4. Models In all OMC International Championships, the models must wear the capes supplied by OMC. The models are not allowed to help the competitors with the hairstyle (i.e. hair drying, touching the hair, etc.). 5. Penalties

Infringements to competition rules and non-observation of instructions concerning the competitions will be penalized by the Committee of Wise Men, according to the penalty point chart in force. The competitors will be informed of their penalty points via the results list. The minimum base penalty points per infraction is 30 points, plus 5 penalty points for not observing the stop instruction.

6. Inappropriate Make-up Any inappropriate make-up in the Gents and Ladies Section may be interpreted as a recognition sign to jurors and will be penalized 30 points.

7. Clothing Ladies and Gents models’ / mannequin heads’ clothing must be neutral and show no signs of any kind (logos, designer names). Gents clothing must have a masculine look, jackets are required. A flyer of what not to present will be sent out to all countries. If this is not the case, the competitor will be penalized according to the penalty points chart.

8. Disqualification

a) Use of mannequin heads from other than OMC official sponsors. b) Competitors changing assigned mirror numbers with other competitors. c) Master Hair Replacement, the competitor must use only hairpiece from the official sponsor (Aderans) if this is

not the case the competitor will be disqualify.

9. Mannequin presentation OMC wiseman must be able to check the mannequin head at all time. Complete or portions of body mannequins are forbidden. The mannequin must be presented on a tripod The tripods can be dressed according to the OMC rules. It is not allowed to leave tools or other objects on the table. 10. Gents Mannequin Head Presentation

Gents mannequin heads must be presented facing the mirrors straight on. If a mannequin head is tilted in a different direction, it will be adjusted by the Wise Men.

11. Ethic rule In order to protect OMC's image and integrity, family members of the OMC Board of Directors can only compete in categories tests that the work is executed on stage.



OMC INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION AWARDS SYSTEM Senior Titles: The OMC World Cup & Title is awarded only to senior competitors. The OMC World Cup belongs to the winning organization of the concerned category. However, If the competitors are from different organization within the country, the world cup goes to the organizations who has the most competitors in the team. Furthermore, If there are 3 organization and each organization as one competitor that as form the final team the OMC world cup goes to the organization who`s competitor has most points on the team general classification. Forbidden to copy the Sr. OMC World Cup: If an OMC organization or an individual competitor will copy the OMC WORLD CUP. OMC will revoke their world champion title and membership. Forbidden to use the OMC Name and TM Logo when presenting masterclass It is forbidden, for member organizations or Sr/Jr. competitors to use the OMC name and or TM logo, when presenting masterclasses for their own personal or for any other entities’ benefits. If this is the case, their title and membership will be revoked. They can use only their title to promote their Salon & Personal image. Junior Title: Junior OMC International Team Cup / Junior Individual Champion. The junior competitors are never to promote themselves to be “Junior World Champions” : If this would be the case OMC will revoke their junior title. Junior Awards: Individual the Junior will receive Medal +Diplomas. The first Place Team will receive only cups + Diplomas, second & third Team will receive medals + Diplomas, 4th & 5th place only Diplomas. SENIOR AWARDS

1. Individual TEAMS Gold Medal + Diploma Miniature World Cup + Diploma Silver Medal + Diploma Silver Medals + Diploma Bronze Medal + Diploma Bronze Medals + Diploma Diploma 4th place Diplomas 4th place Diploma 5th place Diplomas 5th place 6th to 10th will be awarded only Diploma to countries Sr.Teams OMC will send Diplomas by electronic file 2 week after the championship. All competitors will be awarded the OMC Prestige Diploma

2. OMC Zone Team Award (only at HAIRWORLD)

The OMC Zone cup is Awarded to the highest country team of the concerned zone, however if the country team of the concerned zone wins the world cup, The zone cup will be awarded to the second country team of the same zone regardless the position of their team.

Example: Korea, is the winner of the Ladies technical category. The Asia zone Cup will be awarded to the second team from Asia regardless what place that team as placed in the related category.

3. Awards to National Team Trainers The official trainers of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, place of the Ladies' and the Gent's Sr & Jr teams’ categories will receive the OMC International Trainer Diploma with the image of the medal. the 4TH & 5TH Place will receive only Diplomas.

4. Countries’ national trainers: OMC recognizes only your national team trainers coming from your country

Example: If you have a trainer from a different country training your winning national team. OMC will not recognize that trainer as your country official trainer. Therefore, OMC will not accept that trainer to come on stage to receive the trainer Diploma. Only your national trainer who belongs to your country organization can come on stage during the award ceremony to receive the trainer diplomas with the image of the medal.

5. OMC Diamond Award- will be Awarded to all the Sr. Individual Word champions

6. Leo Passage Creative Award The Leo Passage Creative Award will be presented to the Junior Ladies & Gents winners of the 1st test of the concerned categories (only in HAIRWORLD).

7. Results Results can be requested on the OMC website. www.omchairworld.com



COMPETITION DIRECTORS POSITION

The Competition Directors in both the Ladies and Gent's in Hair, Aesthetics, and Nail Section is composed of knowledgeable OMC member countries organizations whose members are invited by the OMC World President to be part of the competition directors commission of the concerned year. The OMC President will send an Invitation letter 3 months before the OMC world championship of the concerned year. Those knowledge hairstylists who are eager and proud to assist in directing the OMC championships. Their position is on a voluntary basis and they are responsible to pay their own travel and accommodation if they accept the invitation. Functions of the Competition Directors 1. Each competition directors will receive a job description by the OMC Competition Global Directors

who ‘s under the authority of the OMC world President.

2. The Competition Directors coordinate all competitors in the village holding area according to each of the concerned categories. Those competitors will be accompanying in the championship arena and direct them to their assigned mirrors numbers. The mirror number will be distributed to the competitors In the competitors village holding area.

3. The Competition Directors responsibility is to report the infraction to the General Commissioner of the

concerned category test. The competition Directors are not responsible to penalize any of the competitors.

4. Before the competition starts, each General Commissioner who is assigned to the concerned category

test, together with a Competition Director will check all model and competitors of their own section, if they have abided by the OMC rules. If any infraction is found, they will record the competitor's mirror number and the infraction that occurred on paper.

5. The General Commissioner will discuss it with the OMC Competition Global Director and the OMC

World President, together they will make the final decision to penalize the concerned competitors or not.

6. It is advised that the competition Director to take a photo of the infraction, with the OMC photo camera.

The photo is a sustainable proof of the infraction. If no photo of the infraction was made, no proof is available; therefore, the infraction cannot be implemented. (Except for the stop instruction).

7. All decisions made by the OMC General Commissioner and Competition Global Director must be

signed by both, The OMC Competition Global Director is responsible to take the sealed envelope of the concerned Jurors score cards to the computer staff. The computer programmers will enter the penalty points in the concerned competition tests.

8. The Competition Global Director is responsible to brief the Jurors of the concerned tests, before they

are called to Judge.



Competition Rules - Sr Ladies

Automatic Team Selection

DISQUALIFICATION if Mannequin Head is not from one of OMC's Official Sponsors

Complete or Half Body Mannequins are Forbidden. Mannequin must be presented on a Tripod.



OMC TECHNICAL CUP Test 1 Creative Style

Ladies - Combination (Hair by Night) Mannequin Head (only from the OMC official sponsors) Automatic Team Selection No competitor age indication - all ages accepted

The competitors must present their mannequin heads' wet before lineup in the village holding area. Mirror numbers will be distributed in the holding area. One (1) of the OMC Competition Director will direct the concerned competitors to their working stations. The competitors have 5 minutes to set up all their tools. The competition directors will check the rules. The General Commissioner will start the competition. Props of any kind are forbidden. 1. Styling tools All styling tools are allowed. 2. Shaving Shaving the mannequin head scalp is forbidden. 3. Products All fixing products are allowed.

4. Color A maximum or 3 harmoniously hair colors + the transition shade color is allowed. Allowed colors: white, black, brown, blond, silver, purple. Orange, red. Pink. All other colors + Spray colors are forbidden. 5. Supports The use of any kind of supports in the hairstyle is forbidden. 6. Hair Additions Hairpieces and ornaments of any kind on the hair or in the face are forbidden.

7. Painting It is forbidden to paint the skin of the MH. 8. Jury The Jury will judge the general impression of the style and color. The jurors must be able to see

the complete hairstyle, including the top. If this is not the case, the Wise Men will put the mannequin holders lower.

9. Time 30 minutes

(3 additional minutes will be granted for dressing the mannequin heads after the announcement by the General Commissioner. No additional time will be given. Competitors who do not respect this rule will be penalized by 5 points).

10. Scores Maximum: 30 points Minimum: 25 points 11. Penalty Points 30 per infraction DISQUALIFICATION if mannequin head is not from one of OMC's official sponsors. Complete or portions of body mannequins are forbidden. The mannequin must be presented on a tripod. No electric plugs and no mirrors are available in the competitor preparation areas.

Only 1 plug not exceeding 2000 W per competitor is available on the competition floor, and only 1 device can be used at

a time on this plug (no multiple adapters). It is the competitors' responsibility to check the host country's voltage (220 V

or 110 V) before the championship, to avoid confusion at the time of the competition.

Ladies - Combination (Creative) Mannequin Head (only from the OMC official sponsors) Automatic Team Selection No competitor age indication - all ages accepted

The competitors must present the MH styled in advance and brushed out before, lineup in the village holding area. Mirror numbers will be distributed in the holding area. One (1) of the OMC Competition Director will direct the concerned competitors to their working stations. The competitors have 5 minutes to set up all their tools. The competition directors will check the rules. The General Commissioner will start the competition. Props of any kind are forbidden. 1. Styling tools All styling tools are allowed.

2. Shaving Shaving the mannequin head scalp is forbidden.

3. Color A maximum or 3 harmoniously hair colors + the transition shade color.

Allowed colors: white, black, brown, blond, silver, purple. Orange, red. pastel pink. All other colors + Spray colors are forbidden.

4. Hairpiece(s) The competitor can use hair hairpieces not pre-styled in advance. The hair of the hairpieces must be presented straight laying on the tables, ready to be brushed and inspected by the Wise Men. However, the hair pieces and ornament must not cover more than 40% of the entire head. 5. Painting It is forbidden to paint the skin, as well use any kind of decoration on the face of the MH. 6. Jury The Jury will judge the general impression of the style and color. The judges must be able to see

OMC FASHION CUP Test 1 Fashion Salon Style

Ladies - Combination (Fashion Evening) Mannequin Head (only by the OMC official sponsors) Automatic Team Selection No competitor age indication - all ages accepted_ _______________________________________________________________________________________________

The competitors must present their mannequin heads' hair straight open and brushed, before lineup in the village holding area. Mirror numbers will be distributed in the holding area. One (1) of the OMC Competition Director will direct the concerned competitors to their working stations. The competitors have 5 minutes to set up all their tools. The competition directors will check the rules. The General Commissioner will start the competition. Props of any kind are forbidden. OMC will send “Inspiration Guidelines Brochure” of the concerned categories. The hair style presented on the championship must reflect the inspiration images shown on the “Inspiration Guidelines Brochure” . If this is not the case the competitor will be penalized. The competitors create a fashion Salon style on long hair, with a total look in mind. The finish style must not be technical or progressive. If this is the case, the competitor will be penalized . 1. Hair length The hair must be shoulder length or longer. Layers are optional. The minimum layered length

must be 10 cm, except in the bang area.

2. Color A maximum or 3 harmoniously hair colors + the transition shade color is allowed. Allowed colors: white, black, brown, blond, silver, pastel purple, pastel pink. Pastel orange. All other colors + Spray colors are forbidden. 3. Styling A minimum 60% of the hair must be styled down loose - free in the back of the head. (not flat to the head) 4. Styling Tools All styling tools are allowed, including the use of hair pins during the working time. 5. Products All fixing products are allowed. 6. Ornaments Ornaments are forbidden.

7. Painting It is forbidden to paint the skin, as well use any kind of decoration on the face of the MH. 8. Jury The Jury will judge the general impression of the style and color. The judges must be able to see

The competitors must present their mannequin heads' wet, before lineup in the village holding area. Mirror numbers will be distributed in the holding area. One (1) of the OMC Competition Director will direct the concerned competitors to their working stations. The competitors have 5 minutes to set up all their tools. The competition directors will check the rules. The General Commissioner will start the competition. At finish, the mannequin heads must be presented facing the mirrors straight on. If a mannequin head is tilted in a different direction, it will be adjusted by the Wise Men. Props of any kind are forbidden. Hair extensions are forbidden. 1. Color A maximum of 3 harmoniously colors + the transition shade color is allowed.

Allowed colors: white, black, brown, blond, silver. All other colors + spray color are forbidden.

2. Length The hair length is free. 3. Shaving Shaving the mannequin head scalp is forbidden. 4. Cut Cutting is forbidden. 5. Styling tools All styling tools are allowed. 6. Products All fixing products are allowed (gels, waxes, sprays)

7. Make-up Any make-up that is considered inappropriate by the Wise Men will be penalized. 8. Jury The Jury will judge the general impression of the style and color. The judges must be able to

see the complete hairstyle, including the top. If this is not the case, the Wise men will put the mannequin holders lower.

1. Length The top length is free. If the hair length is found to be shorter than 4 cm from the occipital area down to the neckline and over the side perimeter of the ears, penalty points will be assessed. The sideburns can be pre-cut.

2. Color Black only. Spray colors are forbidden. 3. Shaving Shaving the mannequin head scalp is forbidden. 4. Tools Clippers and thinning shears are forbidden. 5. Cut The neckline must be traditionally tapered and graduated. 6. Styling All styling tools and products are allowed. 7. Make up Any make-up that is considered inappropriate will be penalized.

Complete or portions of body mannequins are forbidden. The mannequin must be presented on a tripod. No electric plugs and no mirrors are available in the competitor preparation areas. Only 1 plug not exceeding 2000 W per competitor is available on the competition floor, and only 1 device can be used at a time on this plug (no multiple adapters). It is the competitors' responsibility to check the host country's voltage (220 V or 110 V) before the championship, to avoid confusion at the time of the competition.

The competitors must present their Model Hair wet before lineup in the village holding area. Mirror numbers will be distributed in the holding area. One (1) of the OMC Competition Director will direct the concerned competitors to their working stations. The competitors have 5 minutes to set up all their tools. The competition directors will check the rules. The General Commissioner will start the competition. Props of any kind are forbidden. Hair extensions are forbidden. At finish, the model must be facing the mirrors straight on. If the model's head is tilted in a different direction, the Wise Men will ask the model to sit facing the mirror. If this is not observed, penalty will be assessed. 1. Length The top hair length is free. The hair length must be a minimum of 3 cm from the occipital

area down to the neckline and on the perimeter of the ears. If the hair length is found to be shorter than 3 cm, penalty points will be assessed. The sideburns or beard can be cut in advance.

2. Allowed Color The top hair above the occipital bone area of the MH may be harmoniously colored. maximum 2+the transition shade color. Allowed color:White, black, silver, blond. Below the occipital area the hair must be black. Spray colors are forbidden. 3. Tools All tools are allowed. 4 Styling All styling tools and blow dryer are allowed. Test 2. It is mandatory for the competitor to use the same model as in test 1 (Classic Fade Cut). The tests will be executed one after the other. The competitor’s hair style must be presented with the same style of the first test. The General Commissioner announce to all competitors to wet the top hair of the models, before starting the second test. Props of any kind are forbidden. Hair extensions are forbidden. 1. Length The top hair length of the model’s cannot be hair cannot be skin faded in advance. If this is the

case, the competitor will be penalized.

2. Allowed Color The hair above the occipital bone area may be harmoniously colored. Maximum 2 + the transition shade color is allowed. Allowed colors; Black, white, silver, blond. Below the occipital area the hair color must be black. Spray colors are forbidden. 3. Tools All types of scissors, clippers and razors are allowed.

4. Part Part/s are optional. However, the part`s or skin parts must be cut during the competition time

and not prepared in advance, otherwise penalty points will be attributed. 5. Skin Fade Cut The Low Skin Fade Cut, must not be higher than the occipital bone area . Carving designs are

forbidden. The example of the OMC inspiration flyer that will be sent and shown on social media must be followed.

6. Finger Styling The finished style must be commercial / street casual look (not stylized). It is forbidden to use

blow-dryers or any other styling tools. If this is the case, the competitor will be penalized.

The competitors proceed with his MH Hair dry, but not styled in advance before lineup in the village holding area. The competitors have 5 minutes to set up all their tools. The competition directors will check the rules. The General Commissioner will start the competition. Props of any kind are forbidden. Hair extensions are forbidden. Length. The top length is free. The hair length from the occipital area down to the neckline and over the side perimeter of the ears must have a minimum of 3 cm of length before the start of the test. If this is not the case, penalty points will be assessed. The idea of this competition is to design by sketching / carving the Mannequin Head, using barber clippers and scissors. All cutting and styling tools are allowed. Hair Color 2 hair color + the transition shade is allowed. Allowed color: black, brown, blond. Silver. spray colors are forbidden. Accepted designs: Abstract images, flowers, architectural design. Disqualification Permanent tattoo designs on the scalp. Images of human faces, political or religious signs or messages. If the competitor uses a stencil. Mask and or tattoo on the face are forbidden. The use of pencils, magic markers or real tattoo paint will be penalized. An OMC professional jury panel will judge this competition. Time 30 minutes Scores Maximum: 30 points

Commercial Cut Gents – Individual Mannequin Head (only from the OMC official sponsors) No competitor age indication - all ages accepted The competitors must present the MH pre-cut in advance, including shaving the top of the M.H. 7 inches wide (side to side) by 9 inches long (front to back). The competitor must present the hair-replacement lying on the table: The hair replacement can attached only during the allowed competition time. The competition directors check if the rules have been observed. The General Commissioner will call the competitors back to their mirrors and start the competition. The hair style presented on the championship must reflect the inspiration images shown on the “Inspiration Guidelines Brochure”. If this is not the case the competitor will be penalized. The finish style must be curly, if this is not the case, the competitor will be penalized . 1. Length The top length must have a minimum of 8 cm long. from the occipital area down to the neckline

the hair must be pre-cut in advance. 2. Cutting All cutting tools are allowed. 3. Styling Allowed to use only 1 brush and blow dryer! All other tools are forbidden.

4. Products All products are allowed. 5. Color A maximum of 2 harmoniously colors + the transition shade color is allowed. Allowed colors: white, black, silver, brown, blond. All other colors + spray colors are forbidden. 6. Make-up Any make-up that is considered inappropriate will be penalized. 7. Jury The Jury will judge the general impression of the cut, style and color. The judges must be able to

It is the competitors' responsibility to check the host country's voltage (220 V or 110 V) before the championship, to avoid confusion at the time of the competition.



Jr. Barber Classic Fade MH Classic Fade Cut MH Junior Gents – Individual Mannequin Head (only by the OMC official sponsors) Competitor age limit 22 years, not having reached the age of 23 on the competition day (day of 23rd birthday excluded)

The competitors must present their MH wet before lineup in the village holding area. Mirror numbers will be distributed in the holding area. One (1) of the OMC Competition Director will direct the concerned competitors to their working stations. The competitors have 5 minutes to set up all their tools. The competition directors will check the rules. The General Commissioner will start the competition. Props of any kind are forbidden. Hair extensions are forbidden. At finish, the mannequin head must be facing the mirrors straight on. If the mannequin head is tilted in a different direction, the Wise Men will ask the model to sit facing the mirror. If this is not observed, penalty will be assessed. 1. Length The top hair length is free. The hair length must be a minimum of 3 cm from the occipital

area down to the neckline and on the perimeter of the ears. If the hair length is found to be shorter than 3 cm, penalty points will be assessed. The sideburns or beard can be cut in

advance. 2. Allowed Color The top hair above the occipital bone area may be harmoniously colored is allowed.

Allowed colors: Maximum 2. white, silver, blond, below the occipital area the hair color must be black, Spray colors are forbidden.

3. Parts Part/s are optional. However, the part`s or skin parts must be cut during the competition time

and not prepared in advance, otherwise penalty points will be attributed.

4. Tools All types of scissors and clippers are allowed. 5. Cut Classic fade. Carving designs are forbidden. The example of the OMC inspiration flyer shown

on social media must be followed.

6. Styling Blow Dryer is allowed. The top finished style must have a finished texture using rack /comb. OMC inspiration images must be followed. Smooth finish will be penalized.

Commercial Bridal Makeup Ladies – Individual Live Model No competitor age indication - all ages accepted _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The competitors proceed to the village holding area. Mirror numbers will be distributed in the holding area. One (1) of the OMC Competition Director will direct the concerned competitors to their working stations. The competitors have 5 minutes to set up all their tools. The competition director will check the rules. The General Commissioner will start the competition. It is essential that the Casual Bridal Make-Up is simple and commercial in nature. Props of any kind are forbidden.

1. The model should be with NO permanent make-up (lips, eyebrows, eyelash lines) and NO eyelash extension!

The model’s face MUST NOT be prepared in advance (the face must be clean) NO make-up base, NO

foundation. The make-up will be executed on stage.

2. The main colors in Casual Bridal Make-up should be salon commercial colors: brown, grey, black,

burgundy, gold, bronze, soft violet and any pastel colors (peachy, rosy, pistachio and so on).

3. Clear and bright colors (e.g. navy blue, green, bright yellow, bright violet) can be used ONLY as an EMPHASIS

(for the eyelash line, kajal, inner corners of the eyes).

4. It is forbidden to use stencils, rhinestones or other decorations.

5. The design must be maintained inside the circle of the eyes.

6. Make-up graphic elements are forbidden in the circle of the eyes.

7. False individual or multiple eyelashes are allowed during the competition

Creative Bridal Makeup Ladies – Individual Live Model No competitor age indication - all ages accepted ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The competitors proceed with the model ready to lineup in the village holding area. Mirror numbers will be distributed in the holding area. One (1) of the OMC Competition Director will direct the concerned competitors to their working stations. The competitors have 5 minutes to set up all their tools. The General Commissioner will start the competition. The model can be beautifully dressed and have their Bridal Hair Style prepared in advance. The model’s face must not be prepared in advance; the face must be clear of any make -up. The work will be executed on stage. This must not be another Stage Make-up. Jury and Wise Men will must take this in consideration Props of any kind are forbidden.

1. The model should be with NO permanent make-up (lips, eyebrows, eyelash lines) and NO eyelash extension! The model’s face MUST NOT be prepared in advance (the face must be clean) NO make-up base, NO foundation. The make-up will be executed on stage

Stage Makeup Ladies – Individual Live Model – pre-done No competitor age indication - all ages accepted

The competitors proceed with the model stage make-up pre-done ready to line-up in the village holding area. Mirror numbers will be distributed in the holding area. (1) of the OMC Competition Director will direct the concerned competitors to their working stations.The competitors will place their models and give them the finishing touch if needed during the 3 minutes allowed time, after the General Commissioner will call the jurors to Judge the Stage Make-up Props of any kind are forbidden. The Stage Make-up should be created with the latest innovated technics. This competition is to present a model showing an elaborate Stage Make-up with the most innovative techniques and up-to-date design. The designs can be created in the circle of the eyes as well above the eyebrows/forehead. A supranational Jury panel will judge this competition. Time 3 minutes for final touch-up Scores Maximum: 30 points

Minimum: 25 points

Eyebrow Shaping & Tinting Ladies Individual Live Model No competitor age indication - all ages accepted _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Models proceed to the competitors holding area, with their hair tied up. Models must have no permanent make-up (tattoo) on their faces and no extended eyelashes. They must wear plain white t-shirts (no printings, no rhinestones, no logos) with short sleeves and covering the waist, as well as black trousers or skirts long enough to cover the knees. Models who do not follow these instructions will not be allowed on stage. 1 of the OMC Competition Director will direct the concerned competitors to their working stations. The competitors have 5 minutes to set up all their tools. The General Commissioner will start the competition. Labor safety rules and hygiene requirements must be observed. 1. Facial foundation, light face contouring or blushing, black mascara, colorless lip gloss is allowed. Eyebrows

should look natural and not have been shaped or tinted two weeks before the championship. 2. Bright accessories are forbidden. 3. Classic shaping method: only tweezers must be used. 4. Eyebrows must be tinted only with eyebrow tint. All natural tinting shades are allowed. During the shaping and

tinting process, it is allowed to use eyebrow pencils, but the final work must be presented without any color cosmetics on eyebrows, except clear eyebrow gel or clear eyebrow wax. The use of foundation or concealer to cover redness on the skin around the eyebrows is allowed.

5. The use of eyebrow restoration or extension products is forbidden. 6. Photo: Competitors must bring an A4 format, full-face, glossy portrait photo of the model: Before eyebrow

shaping and tinting 7. Before the competition starts, the Wise Men will check if the photos on the table correspond with the model.

Live Model No competitor age indication - all ages accepted The competitors proceed with their models to the competitors holding area. The model should be beautifully dressed and have her hair prepared in advance. The dress and the hair should be in the salon commercial style and reflect the latest evening fashion trends. The work will be executed on the stage with the decorative cosmetics. The model should be with NO permanent make-up (lips, eyebrows, eyelash lines) and NO eyelash extension! The model’s face MUST NOT be prepared in advance (the face must be clean) – NO make-up base, NO foundation.

It is essential that the Smoky Eyes Makeup is simple and commercial in nature.

Props of any kind are forbidden. The idea of this competition is to present Commercial Smoky Eyes Make-Up

Smoky Eyes Make-up should be performed in commercial colors and represent CLASSIC Smoky Eyes Make-up: smoothly blended eyeshadows from the dark color (next to the eyelash line) to the light colors (area under the eyebrow) (which means to blend smoothly the eyeshadows layering the dark colors next to the eyelash line and light colors under the eyebrow area).

1. Smoky Eyes Makeup Test is a technical test which should represent SALON COMMERCIAL MAKE-UP.

2. It is forbidden to use stencils, rhinestones or other decorations.

3. False individual or multiple eyelashes are allowed during the competition.

4. The design must be maintained inside the circle of the eyes.

OMC STUDENT RISING STAR AWARD Eyebrow Tattoo Student Individual Ladies Mannequin Face All ages accepted ___________________________________________________________________________________ The competitors proceed with their single mannequin face to the competitor’s village holding area. The mannequin face must be clean without stencils marcs or any sign of pre done preparation. The Wise Men will direct the competitors to the working station. The competitors will place their single mannequin head / face on the assigned working tables. After the General Commissioner has given the starting time. The competitor has 45 minutes to design the shape of eyebrows of the mannequin. Props of any kind are forbidden The Mannequin Lip and Eyeliner must be prepared in advance .

1. Shape: The shape of Eyebrows, must have an overall harmony.

2. Eyebrow Color: Uniform and tridimensional color.

3. Eyebrow Line: Must be on Moderate Length depth and radian. Moderate thickness and structure, smooth and Natural. Judging The jurors will judge the originality and overall finish appearance of the creation of the Eyebrow Tattoo . A supranational Jury panel from different countries selected by OMC will judge the Student Eyebrow Tattoo competition. Time 45 minutes Scores Maximum: 30 points Minimum: 25 points
