Presentation Files (video, poster) uploaded to e-conference are protected by copyright law.

Therefore, any act of distributing, transmitting, or copying these files to third parties other

than the registrant is liable for civil and criminal liability in violation of the copyright law.

■ Prohibited matters and penalties under Article 135 of the Copyright Act

- Distributing or transmitting the downloaded files to others

- Sharing your account information with others for the access of e-conference

- Disabling unauthorized copy protection

- Posting downloaded presentation files on the internet (including SNS) or sending them to others

How to make presentation materials

Check whether the microphone is activated before starting recording

You can use any meeting software as long as you get a good quality recording and your

final file is in the MP4 format.
