If you can’t �nd a care recipientin the portal, you may need todouble-check their name anddate of birth details using MyAgedCare.
A care recipient will need avalid approval before you enterthem into your service.Entry dates can’t be before theapproval start date.
You can submit a leave event withoutan end date. Once you know the leave end date,you can update the original leave eventto include this.
It is only possible to see a maximum of
24 months worth of claims andpayment history in the portal.
Providers have a limit of 2 years after the endof a payment period to vary a claim. You can’t submit, update or delete an event
more than 2 years old through the ACPP.
