C) Seven (7) Solid Benefits of our Vocational, Technical & Professional Qualifications

1.0 Industry focused, Competency & Relevant Practical Qualifications 4.0 The fastest means of gaining your formal qualification Employers all around the world are looking for individuals with a combination of relevant skills and knowledge to perform their duties and contribute towards finding solutions to challenges brought on them by the constantly changing environments in which they operate. Our Vocational, Technical and Professional programs produce graduates who practically demonstrate that they have the relevant practical skills (focus on application of knowledge & theories) and knowledge linked with experience and that they can competently and practically handle their work in line with their areas of specialization in any country in world with minimum supervision.

With our Vocational, Technical and Professional qualifications, you don’t need to spend all your most productive youth age (five (5) years of University Education plus twelve (12) years of School Education = 17 plus your seven years of pre-grade one (1) = 24 years) before you can become productive, useful and supportive to your family and the nation at large. This is unlike academic course programs which require your five (5) years to complete the program and three (3) and more years to gain the employers’ desired competency through work experience to become fully competent.

2.0 Career Specific Qualifications 5.0 International Standards and Recognition Our Vocational, Technical and Professional Educational Training (VET) Qualifications are career-specific; this means each course relates to a specific area of employment or industry sector. They tend to be practical and skills-focused, and many include work-related projects or work experience. Our course programs were developed for the industry by sector skills experts in partnership with employers. They are work and competence based qualifications, which demonstrate the employee’s skills, knowledge and understanding of their role within the workplace. They are qualifications that reflect the skills, knowledge and understanding an individual possesses in relation to a specific area of work. Attaining these Qualifications signifies that you have met the established standards for an occupational or work role.

Our Vocational, Technical and Professional Qualifications are globally recognized by the industry, universities and multinational organizations. They are known as “Worldwide Prestigious Qualifications with worldwide “seal” of approval/ recognition”. Although our qualifications are taught and assessed to meet the local industry needs, they are also internationally recognized by multinational, international, global, universities, professional bodies and all other employers world-wide. Our qualifications have good standing and recognitions in their countries of origin and are certified and awarded by internationally recognized professional examinations bodies.

3.0 Internal and External Assessments 6.0 Work Ethics and Professional Conduct Throughout your Internal Assessments, you will be required to practically demonstrate and apply knowledge and skills gained during your studies. If you are unemployed, you will be expected to assume or imagine you have a job role towards which your answers to the assessments will be aligned. In some cases, you will be required to visit industry sites and prepare reports which you will be expected to present to your tutors, internal verifiers and witnesses. Our Internal Assessments are conducted through Assignments and Mock Examinations. Two Tests, One Assignment or Project and One Mock Examination are conducted for the annual programs. The format and structure of mock examinations papers fully conform with the final external examination prepared and conducted by the respective examining bodies. Our Mock examinations are used to prepare students for the final external examinations except for Pearson (Business and Technology Education Council) BTEC programs which only uses assessments in form of assignments, projects etc. and not examinations.

To complete any professional qualification, a module on Professionalism or Ethics which is either directly taken or incorporated into other units must be successfully completed. Professionally qualified people are regulated by their respective professional bodies in terms professional code of conduct. They are expected to extemporary show their good ethical values and standard both in their personal and work daily lives. This attribute sets apart the professionals from Vocational Educational Training and Academic (Degree) qualified people in their work places. Professionally qualified people don’t require any supervision as they are themselves their own supervisors who are genuinely particular with meeting their work goals and routinely evaluate themselves

7.0 Employability Employers are seeking for employees with rounded competencies and capabilities including practical knowledge, skills, professionalism and good ethics which are gained through professional and vocational training. Professional and vocational qualifications enable holders to advance within the industries and organizations or to make a career change along with personal development for an individual. Candidates gain an up to date recognized qualification which prove competence in their ability to carry out the job role. Students benefit from developing their skills and knowledge for a career in their chosen industries. These qualifications also enable individuals to increase their market value as skilled employees leading to promotions and pay rises either within their existing role or when looking for a new position elsewhere. Because these qualifications are internationally recognized, you will also have opportunity to be employable anywhere in the world should you find need to do so.
