INVITATION Inspire Events Australia is excited to open sponsorship opportunities for the 2019 competition season. This year we invite relevant businesses to partner with us as sponsors at our two National level events. EVENTS FISAF Australia National Championships (8-11 August) FISAF Australia is the national member of the Federation of International Sport Aerobics and Fitness. Being one of 42 country members of FISAF International, FISAF Australia is responsible for the development, regulation and promotion of FISAF Sport Aerobics and Fitness and its competition program in Australia. The FISAF competition season runs from May through to August, culminating in the pinnacle National Championships which is held in Brisbane, Queensland. This jam-packed 4-day event attracts the best athletes and school teams from around Australia to compete for the National title in each category. This event is all things fitness, fun, teamwork and healthy living. Last year, over 1000 athletes (aged from 5 years to adult), along with over 2500 spectators across the 4 days. At the venue, Stadium Queensland’s Sleeman Sports Complex attendees enjoyed professional film and photography, an engaging MC, merchandise, foyer exhibitors, a large training/warm-up space, and much more. Rumble Dance Comp (7 September) Rumble Dance Comp is one of Australia’s longest-running and most prestige hip-hop and street dance competitions. Boasting an expert judging panel, and premium venue, Rumble attracts the best hip hop dancers from around Australia to compete for the National Title in each of its categories. This event reflects current urban culture in a competitive, fun and exciting environment.

Like the FISAF national event, Rumble will be held at Stadium Queensland’s Sleeman Sports Complex, with over 400 dancers expected to compete in front of 800 spectators. This is Rumble’s 15th year running so some extra special features are being planned to celebrate.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Sponsorship is available at different levels for both events. Sponsors are encouraged to use their most creative ideas to maximise their brand exposure in this very relevant and targeted marketing opportunity. Inspire Events welcomes sponsors to discuss their ideas so that the event is mutually beneficial for all. Sponsorship level 1 – Participant Bags Each year participants are gifted with a ‘goodie bag’ containing products and information relevant to the event. This provides sponsors with an opportunity to reach their target market in a very direct way. Sponsors are invited to provide sample products, along with a flyer/brochure to accompany the product. The focus of both events is based on fun, fitness and leading a healthy, active life so sponsors with products that are in line with this are most appropriate. Other than providing sample products and information to be included in the participant bags, there is no cost to sponsor the events at this level. It is expected that the FISAF National Championships will require approximately 1500 participant bags, and Rumble Dance Comp approximately 500 bags. Other inclusions include logo placement on the event programs, as well as a feature in 2 social media posts for the relevant event, and in-event promotion by the MC.

Sponsorship level 2 – Event Exhibitor The venues at each of the two national events are carefully selected to ensure that there is adequate and appropriate foyer space to enable sponsors to setup a generous area to showcase their product or service. Sponsors are invited to setup a booth or other type of exhibit that suits them. Each venue enables sponsors to occupy an area of approximately 4m x 3m. Floor plans are available upon request. In addition to the exhibit/booth, this level of sponsorship includes in-event promotion by MC, an opportunity to provide a flyer/sample for participant bags, logo placement on event programs, and logo displayed periodically on the stage screen throughout the event, and a feature in at least 2 social media posts in the lead up to the event. The cost of this sponsorship is $1000.

Sponsorship level 3 – Exhibitor + Prize Packs This level of sponsorship includes everything included in Sponsorship Level 2, however it also includes a donation by the sponsor towards prizes for the winners. Each event includes special prizes of varying levels for participants. The cost (if any) of this sponsorship level is dependent on the value of products contributed, however the promotional benefits are exceptional as the products are promoted regularly by the MC throughout the event. Major Sponsor There is an opportunity for 1 major sponsor to feature in each of the two national events. This level of sponsorship and the cost is determined based on proposals from sponsors. Logo placement on event merchandise and event programs, venue signage, in-event promotion by the MC, up to 5 social media features in the lead up to and during the event, and promotion on the post-event show reel which is posted to You Tube following the event is all included, plus more by negotiation.
