Ticket Prices/Info Saturday Only—$17 Sunday Only—$20 Weekend Pass—$32 Non Finalist Backside—$10 Ticket prices include a $2 arena ticketing fee.

Each ensemble will receive ten (10) staff pass-es unless a PLUS pass was purchased. A PLUS pass allows an additional five (7) staff for a total of fifteen (17). PLUS passes are not avail-able for purchase at the event.

If you wish to purchase additional tickets, they will be available at the spectator box office. Please make all checks payable to WGI. If you plan on purchasing tickets for both prelims and finals, it would be wise to bring two separate checks. Ensembles can purchase Combo tick-ets which would allow additional staff entry for both days.

Non-finalist tickets will be on sale at the Check-in table on Sunday morning before finals.

Per arena guidelines all backpacks, purs-es, etc. will be searched prior to entry.

General Contest Info TO LISTEN TO JUDGES COMMENTARY: Each director should be set up with an account through CompetitionSuite. This is the ONLY WAY to receive judge’s commentary for any WGI event. Instructions to do this are available here.

VIDEO TAPING: No video cameras will be allowed in any contest venue and no authorized space will be provided for groups to record their performance. Any liability associated with unauthorized recordings will rest with the individual or organization making the recording. WGI does not condone, nor accept any liability for, any unauthorized recording during the event.

TARPS: Due to university parking lot policy, no unfolded tarps (practice or performance) will be allowed in parking lots. Violation of this policy is subject to penalty.

OVERNIGHT PARKING: There will be absolutely NO OVERNIGHT PARKING at this regional. Please make other arrangements.

INSPECTION: Ground floor of arena before performance

COUSSOULIS ONLY - PARKING PASSES: Each ensemble’s primary contact will receive three (3) parking passes via the US Postal Service prior to the event. Any additional vehicles must park in the spectator parking garage. These passes must be displayed in the vehicle in order to be granted access to park.

COUSSOULIS - WARM-UP AREA: Due to space considerations and university policy, warm up areas will be timed and controlled. Each ensemble will receive ONE HOUR of warm up before their performance. Detailed maps are located in this packet.

GRAND TERRACE - WARM-UP AREA: There are indicated outdoor warm up locations on the Grand Terrace map in this packet. Please find a place to warm up within these dedicated zones. Please be respectful of surrounding groups.

PRELIM SCORES: Posted in the main lobby of the arena.

FINALS SCHEDULE: The finals schedule will be made available to you after it has been determined. Winds and Concert Class finals will be taking place Saturday evening.

RECAPS AND FINALS INFO: Pick up 30 minutes after conclusion of your class prelims at the Announc-er’s table.

VIDEO TAPING: Groups will be allowed to videotape their own group and will receive the video pass at check in. Please keep in mind that a video pass does not equal an admission ticket.
