Dear Bulldog Nation,
Each day, our student-athletes work diligently to
achieve their goals of academic growth and athletic
success. Their Commitment to the G would not
however be possible without your ongoing support of
The Georgia Bulldog Club through your Hartman Fund
contributions.
Hartman Fund contributions provide the necessary
resources for student-athlete scholarships, academic
support, training and nutrition, travel assistance,
recruiting, equipment upgrades, cost of attendance
and other budget relieving expenses. By giving to the
Hartman Fund, you become an integral part of UGA
Athletics and make a meaningful difference in the
lives of our student-athletes.
Supporting the Hartman Fund will enable UGA Athletics
to compete for Southeastern Conference and national
championships. As an alum and Georgia native, I want
to thank you for your thoughtful consideration of
ongoing support towards our state’s flagship institution
through The Georgia Bulldog Club.
Go Dawgs!

Awarding Priority Points for Sport-Specific and Endowment Giving
Historically speaking, The Georgia Bulldog Club (TGBC) has awarded priority points based on cash gifts
to the Hartman Fund, Basketball Enhancement Fund, Gymnastics Endowment Fund, and the Georgia
Baseball Fund. Donors who have made Magill Society commitments have also been eligible to receive
priority points based on pledge payments received whereas sport-specific and endowment gifts have
not been eligible to receive priority points. Points for sport-specific and endowment gifts will receive
1 point per dollar given.
Moving forward, TGBC will award priority points for sport-specific and endowment gifts beginning on
January 1, 2018. While these gifts will not be applicable towards the minimum per-seat requirement for
any of the four annual priority seating funds, donors will be eligible to receive priority points that could
be applied to your overall priority points total, if desired. Any sport-specific or endowment gift made
on January 1, 2018 or beyond will be eligible to receive priority points. Priority points for these types
of gifts will be updated at the end of each month beginning on March 31, 2018 prior to the football
seating allocation process.
The Georgia Bulldog Club Priority Points Total
In order to better recognize UGA Athletics Association supporters and to improve overall fairness and
equity in the allocation of priority benefits, TGBC will be combining priority point totals from each of our
four existing annual priority seating funds as well as priority points accumulated from sport-specific,
endowment giving, and Magill Society contributions into one overall priority points total. This enhancement,
which will go into effect March 31, 2018, will enable TGBC to accurately and deservingly recognize
donors for your total involvement with UGA Athletics.
Donors who contribute to multiple annual priority seating funds, make sport-specific, endowment and/
or Magill Society gifts will now be recognized and awarded priority points for contributions to each of
these areas under one total priority points score. This cumulative priority points total will be used for
priority seat and parking allocations for all ticketed sports.
For example: A donor that has 2,000 Hartman Fund priority points, 1,500 Basketball Enhancement Fund
priority points, 1,750 Gymnastics Endowment Fund priority points, and 1,000 Georgia Baseball Fund
priority points would now have a cumulative priority point total of 6,250.
2018 HARTMAN FUND DONOR GUIDE

Away/Neutral Site/Postseason Ticket Priority Allocation & Distribution Process
Requests for all away, neutral site and postseason ticket opportunities will continue to be determined
based on cumulative priority points whereas the number of tickets that one can request is based on one’s
Hartman Fund annual giving level and/or level of involvement with the Magill Society. Ticket locations will
continue to be determined by cumulative priority points.
In response to the positive feedback that we received from the SEC Championship Game ticket allocation
process and also in order to provide a healthy balance in recognizing both lifetime giving and current
year giving towards TGBC, we wanted to clearly outline the ticket allocation and distribution process
that will be adhered to for away, neutral site and postseason athletic events moving forward. This
allocation and distribution process is consistent with the one that was utilized for the 2017 football
postseason.
Under this model, donors will be recognized for both your cumulative priority points total, which ultimately
determines if you qualify for tickets and your seat location, and for your support of the Hartman Fund and/or
your involvement in the Magill Society, which determines the number of tickets that you are eligible to
request. This model improves the overall fairness and equity in the number of tickets that are provided
and the allocation of our inventory by helping donors acquire seats that are commensurate with both
your current and lifetime support towards UGA Athletics. For more information on this allocation
process, please refer to page 18.

Magill Society Referral Points
In addition to the existing Hartman Fund Refer A Bulldog program, TGBC members who refer a new or
existing TGBC member to join the Magill Society will now be eligible for points upon the receipt of the
letter of commitment from the Magill Society referral. This referral bonus will be applied to the TGBC
member who made the referral and is applicable to any new Magill Society membership that begins on
January 1, 2018 or beyond. All existing Refer A Bulldog policies that are outlined on page 12 apply.

Refer A BulldogProgram
The Refer A Bulldog program is designed to reward current donors for bringing
new members to The Georgia Bulldog Club. To meet The Georgia Bulldog Club’s
goal of increasing membership while further providing the very best resources
to our dedicated student-athletes, donors will have the ability to accumulate
additional points based on the giving level of new donors you refer.
NOTES:
At the time of donation, the new donor must submit either a Refer A Bulldog form (located online at
www.thegeorgiabulldogclub.com) or submit the current donor name and account number when donating online.
The referral cannot take place after the donation has been made. It must be made at the time of the new donation.
Referral points do not count toward any annual per-seat giving requirement. They are strictly added as a credit to the
donor’s cumulative priority points total.
Credit points will be added after the Hartman Fund deadline and will be visible in the cumulative total prior to seating
allocation.
A new donor cannot be referred by another new donor. Priority points will only be issued if the referring donor made a
contribution to the 2018 Hartman Fund or is a current Magill Society member.

» All parking passes for the Georgia/Florida game are free of charge and assigned based on priority points

Priority Point Requirements
Your cumulative priority points determine if you are eligible
to request tickets to the game against Florida, whereas the
number of tickets that you are eligible to request is based on
your 2018 Hartman Fund gift or involvement in the Magill Society
as depicted in the chart. Requesting game tickets does not
guarantee that you will receive them as assignments are

be a season ticket holder to be eligible to request tickets.
» Regular Tickets: A minimum of 5,000 cumulative points
are necessary to be eligible to request regular seats.
Cumulative priority point cutoffs will vary year to year.
» Club Level Tickets: A minimum of 80,000 cumulative

seats. The 2017 cutoff for club tickets was 70,000

2018 HartmanFund Contribution FloridaOR
A contribution to the 2018 Hartman Fund provides donors with the opportunity to request renewable season, single
home game, away game and/or post-season tickets. Eligibility for season tickets at Sanford Stadium is a two-step
process: a 2018 Hartman Fund donation followed by a season ticket payment.
STEP 1: Make one or several contributions prior to theFebruary 15, 2018 deadline.
» Please make a contribution you are comfortable with, as a donation does not guarantee assignment of
new season tickets.
» Each section in Sanford Stadium has a per seat contribution requirement. Donors interested in receiving
season tickets for the first time may make the per-seat contribution associated with a specific section;
however, this does not guarantee assignment in that section as assignment is based on priority points
and availability.
» Hartman Fund contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed
by law and are non-refundable. Please consult your tax advisor to determine
your deduction.
STEP 2: Submit your season ticket applicationand ticket payment prior to the March 31, 2018deadline.
» All 2018 Hartman Fund donors will receive a season ticket
application available online or via mail in early March.

Donors do not need to be football season ticket holders in order to request away and/or single home game tickets. The
season ticket application will list all games, as well as ticket quantities, for which a donor is eligible to request based on
cumulative priority points and either one’s 2018 Hartman Fund contribution or level of involvement with the Magill Society.
The following ticket charts outline the cumulative priority points necessary to be eligible to request tickets to a specific
game and the total number of tickets you may request based on your 2018 Hartman Fund contribution or level of involvement
with the Magill Society. Requirements were established based on the limited number of available tickets and high demand.
Away and Single Home Game Ticket Assignment Process » Payment for the away and single home game tickets is due at the same time as season tickets: March 31, 2018.
Written seating requests for away or single home games may be submitted on the ticket application or may be
entered via the online ticket application.
» Away and single home game ticket locations are assigned based on priority points and availability, whereas the
quantity of tickets that a donor can request is based on current Hartman Fund giving or Magill Society involvement.
Qualifying to request tickets does not guarantee assignment.
» After the assignment process is complete, the Athletic Association will publish the demand established priority
point cutoffs on georgiadogs.com. Donors who are assigned away and/or single home game tickets will receive
them via USPS, separate from season tickets.
» Donors have the opportunity to request all ticket payment refunds be applied to your 2019 Hartman Fund donation on the
2018 ticket application. Should a donor not qualify for single home game or away game tickets, the ticket application
provides the opportunity to either receive a refund on the ticket cost or apply those dollars to next year’s donation.

GeorgiaAlways
Georgia Always is an exclusive society honoring individuals who leave the ultimate legacy for UGA student-
athletes, coaches, staff and athletic programs through planned gifts. It was created to continue
fulfilling the Athletic Association’s long-term vision. University of Georgia alumni and friends who are
dedicated to the continued success of Georgia’s student athletes can make a lasting imprint on the
program by contributing to the Athletic Association through various avenues of planned giving.
It is the mission of Georgia Always to ensure that the Athletic Association can provide our student
athletes, in perpetuity, with the tools to compete academically and athletically at an elite level. Your
entrance into this exclusive giving society will permanently connect you and your family to the Athletic
Association, and will ensure your mind will be on Georgia Always.
Planned gift commitments that will benefit UGA Athletics via the Georgia Always program can be made
through gifts that take effect after a donor’s lifetime such as: bequests by will, retained life estate,
retirement gift plan or a life insurance gift. There are also opportunities for involvement where a donor
can make an income producing planned gift via a charitable remainder trust, charitable remainder annuity,
pooled income fund, or charitable lead trust. Donors who make commitments of $25,000 or greater
via Georgia Always giving opportunities can designate the priority points associated with the gift,
upon receipt of the contribution, towards a family member or friend.
For more information on how you can leave a lasting legacy on UGA Athletics, please contact
The Georgia Bulldog Club office at 877-423-2947.

Our experience with the Scholarship Endowment program is that the role of
benefactor and beneficiary can get reversed. Our family has given some money,
but we have received much more in return. Because there are coaches like Head
Women’s Tennis Coach, Jeff Wallace, as well as others, we have endowed two
scholarships through Georgia Always.

In addition, there are also a variety of other ways to join/support UGA Athletics by making contributions to the Basketball Enhancement Fund, the Gymnastics Endowment Fund, the Georgia Baseball Fund, the Magill Society, the Endowment Program and via sport-specific giving opportunities.
Why should I donate to The Georgia Bulldog Club?Private support is essential to the success of UGA student-athletes and the UGA Athletic Association (UGAAA). UGAAA receives no financial assistance from the state of Georgia. It is a self-funded entity, solely dependent upon self-generated revenues to operate and provide student-athlete scholarships, build world-class athletic facilities and ensure UGA’s tradition of athletic excellence continues to grow.
What is the best way to increase my priority point ranking? The best way to increase your priority point ranking is to join the Magill Society, which awards bonus priority points for commitments of $25,000 or greater that are made payable over a 5-year period of time. Increasing your support to the Hartman Fund is also a great way to increase your priority point total and improve your ranking. Lastly, referring new TGBC and/or Magill Society members is another way to help grow the base of support towards UGA Athletics while also increasing your priority point total and ranking amongst our donors.
How much do I have to donate to acquire new football season tickets?Fans who are interested in securing new football season tickets must complete two steps in order to request season tickets. First, you must make a qualifying Hartman Fund donation by February 15, 2018 that meets or exceeds the per-seat giving requirement associated with the season tickets that you are interested in securing*. A full map of Sanford Stadium on page 16 has the corresponding minimum per-seat giving requirements associated with season tickets in each section. Second, you must submit a season ticket application with payment by March 31, 2018.
*Making the per-seat minimum contribution does not guarantee that you will have the opportunity to secure new seats in a desired section. Determining the priority cutoff for new season ticket acquisitions in various sections in Sanford Stadium is difficult to project as it based on attrition and donor demand.
How do I relocate my football season tickets?Donors can relocate your seats within Sanford Stadium by submitting a relocation request in writing on your season ticket application. The season ticket allocation process will begin in May and conclude in June. Seat change requests will be fulfilled in priority point order. Season ticket relocation and new season ticket requests are allocated based on priority points and availability.
If I request a seat relocation, and do not get it, do I keep my same seats?Yes, if we are unable to fulfill your seat relocation request your seat location will remain the same, unless otherwise indicated. With an average renewal rate of nearly 90% each year, the relocation of seats can be very difficult.
What are the priority point cutoffs for certain sections?Priority point cutoffs for each section can change from year-to-year. Unfortunately, it is impossible for TGBC to predict what the priority point cutoff will be for each section. We can however provide some historical perspective based on previous year cutoffs. Please feel free to contact TGBC office and we will gladly share historical cutoffs with you and provide guestimates for the upcoming year.
How are football season parking allocations handled?Parking allocations are handled similarly to season tickets. Hartman Fund donors who contribute $2,500 or more and have purchased football season tickets will receive one complimentary season parking pass. Allocations are based on priority points and availability.
How are away game football tickets allocated?Away game ticket locations are allocated based on priority points whereas the number of tickets that a donor is eligible to request is based on either your 2018 Hartman Fund donation or your commitment level to the Magill Society. Please see page 18 for a full breakdown on our 2018 away game quantity cutoffs and priority point requirements.
