WHY THE BLOCKCHAIN

Swytch Token, Goal• Executive Summary

• Swytch uses open source blockchain and robust Proof of Standing consensus to verify investments in renewable solar resources worldwide. Swytch rewards solar asset investments (rooftop, distributed utility, and large-scale grid scale solar projects) with crypto-tokens that are issued through an independently verifiable algorithm.

• From large-scale industrial power generation to small residential investments, Swytch tokens can be minted anywhere electricity is produced and consumed. Swytch provides geo-stamped credentials for production and consumption based on actual carbon reduction and displacement of fossil fuels.

• Demand for the token grows from the intrinsic value of supporting the Swytchecosystem. Each token issued represents a quantifiable reduction to current greenhouse gas emissions. Each token used and accepted for commerce will directly support investments in additional, distributed renewable technologies.

Swytch Token, Mission• Mission • The Swytch mission is to accelerate the global transition from fossil fuels to renewables,

especially solar, and through the Token Commons Foundation, to provide a decentralized, open, and resilient infrastructure for the verified generation and exchange of tokens of value and trust.

• Swytch aims to ignite a global movement to harmonize investments in renewable energy sources by establishing the following principles:

• 1) Design a token that is a valuable and independently certified medium of exchange based upon the production of usable renewable technology.

• 2) Use encryption technology and blockchain to verify in a tamper proof manner that energy production is linked with consumption of renewable resources.

• 3) Work with governments to convert existing renewable policies to incorporate Swytch, standardizing Carbon Credits and reducing the regulatory burden of competing Renewable Energy Credit (REC) programs. Eliminate inefficient renewable trading markets.

• 4) Encourage cities, governments, and municipalities to accept Swytch for city goods and services that reduce pollution and congestion, and to support sustainability and greenhouse gas reduction (citywide buses, bike services, carpool, using Swytch to buy solar panel upgrades, smart meters, smart thermostats and smart homes).

SingularityNet, GoalYoungsook Park, Korea Rep

• SingularityCoin is a revolutionary cryptocurrency designed by a nonprofit organization specifically to foster and host the growth of advanced Artificial Intelligence toward the goal of an ethically positive Technological Singularity.

• SingularityCoin consists of three types of tokens, designed with a special economic logic so as to enable the operation and growth of the SingularityNet – a “Decentralized Self-Organizing Cooperative” of AI agents. The AI agents in the SingularityNet will interact peer-to-peer, providing AI services to each other and to outside customers, and cooperating together to create a higher level of emergent intelligence.

SingularityNet, Mission• To put it plainly: The SingularityCoin project is

designed to generate an intelligent global economy that pursues maximized benefits for all individuals, groups, civilization, and life.

• Through the combination of powerful AI agents and a benefit-maximizing SingularityNet architecture, we will accelerate the development of a global supermind, facilitating the evolution of humanity into a more advanced, intelligent, beneficial and connected mode of being.
