Embroidery orders need to be received at least 4-6 weeks

prior to in-hands date. All embroidered items are decorated directly at our factory. Therefore minimum quantities apply and vary based on each piece. Please contact our office for pricing and further details.

A magnesium die is required for debossing

(hot stamping) orders. This die can be made with any sharp black & white image. We accept only original artwork or file. Please be sure the file is a pure black & white image (eps or vector file format preferred).The standard size for a die is typically 3” wide. However, once your artwork is received we will provide an Artwork Proof at no charge with our recommended size and location. The largest size a die can be made varies

upon item.If a new die is required, in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. Merchandise

that needs to be special ordered will require a 3-4 week minimum. Reorders for in stock merchandise can be shipped within 1-3 days.Need it sooner? Contact our office for Rush Services. We can turnaround a new order with a new die as soon as only 2-3 Days! Reorders as soon as the same day! Die set-up costs and debossing run charges vary.

Debossing

We can deboss initials and/or names on

almost any Piel Leather product. Production time is approx. 1-3 business days for in stock merchandise. We offer initials in Times Roman font at 42 pts with a max of three letters. Names are available in Times Roman font at 21 pts and has a max of 20 characters. All letters are in CAPS. No numbers or symbols. Limitations may apply based on each item.
