The vertical presses of Stokkermill VP series have a double vertical hydraulic cylinder. The vertical presses VP are conceived for compactingmany kind of recyclable materials, both light materials (such as PET or plastics) and those of medium weight (paper, cardboard, etc.). The verticalpresses of VP series are made with a compaction chamber completely closed.

There are two opening doors, one for filling the press with the material and the other one for releasing the bale. They could be opened individually. The electrical panel is placed on the side of the equipment with the controls and the regulations for the press.

The material have to be loaded from the front side; the restraint system blocks all the materials inside the compaction chamber in order to minimize the loading time. This system ensure the emptiness of the equipment at the end of every pressing cycle.

Las prensas verticales de Stokkermill serie VP tienen un doble cilindro hidráulico. Las prensas verticales VP están concebidas para compactar muchas clases de materiales reciclables, tanto materiales ligeros (PET o plásticos) como aquellos de peso medio (papel, cartón, etc).

Las prensas verticales de la serie VP están fabricadas como una cámara compacta completamente cerrada. Vienen equipadas con dos puertas, una para llenar la prensa con material y la otra para soltar la bala. Las dos puertas pueden ser abiertas independientemente. El panel eléctrico se sitúa en el lateral del equipo con el control y la regulación para la prensa.

El material tiene que ser cargado por la parte frontal: El sistema de ligadura bloquea el material dentro de la cámara compactadora y la bala es expulsada al finalizar el ciclo de prensado.

COMPACT series is available in 5 modelswith input capacity from 100 to 1.000 kg/h.

TURBO series is available in 3 models with input capacity from170 to 400 kg/h.The turbo device allows to process thin wires(i.e., telephonic, data, PC wires) together with standard cables; no any manualsorting is required saving time and money.

MULTI FLEX Turbo is designed for processing huge volume of cables.The mill, the turbo device and the densimetric table are positioned on different modules.All the Multiflex models are equipped with the Turbo for processing thin wires and can be supplied with a Zig-Zag device for improving the recycling of thick and rigid cables.Multiflex starts from 400 kg/h up to 2.000 kg/h.

Custom lines can be designed for higher capacity.

M-100 Turbo Zig Zag

Los granuladores de cuchillas para cables modelo Multi-flex Turbo Zig-Zag están diseñados para moler los cables de cobre o aluminio y separar el metal del recubrimiento aislante. La operación se realiza en dos bloques: El bloque del molino de cuchillas y el bloque de la mesa separadora-turbo. Esta configuración permite resultados óptimos debido a que algunos factores técnicos pueden ser controlados perfectamente (calor, vibración).

Wire chopping granulators Multi-flex Turbo Zig-Zag are designed for milling the copper or aluminum cables and sorting the metal from the insulation. Multi-flex Turbo Zig-Zag chopper machines are realized by two parts: the blades mill block and the turbo-separating table block. This configuration allows to get higher performances since some technical factors can by kept under control (i.e., heat, vibration).
