The Dayton Catholic Women’s Club Scholarship, in conjunction with The Dayton Foundation, was established in 2010 to assist graduating high school women of the Roman Catholic faith wishing to further their studies at an accredited technical school, junior
college, community college or four-year college/university. Applicants must be women graduating from high school, who are active members of a Dayton area Roman Catholic Church, and who demonstrate financial need. The 2017 application can be found at Daytonfoundation.org/Scholars. Go to ScholarshipConnect. Then scroll to the bottom and click on Get Started, Search for DCWC Scholarship link for the requirements. Our next Coffee with Christ is February 26th, 9:15-10:00 a.m. in the Banquet Hall. Our presentation will be on Project Rachel. Our presenter for this session will be Noreen Wendeln from the Respect Life Office of the Archdiocese and her Project Rachel team. Come hear how
the trauma of an abortion can follow someone for years and how project Rachel helps those suffering to find healing and peace. You will also hear how to make a referral, what is helpful, and what is not. Plan to join in the conversation and bring a friend with you.
The Dayton Catholic Women’s Club invites you to its St. Patrick’s Day Card/Game Party and Luncheon on Saturday, March 11, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The $25.00 lunch ($10.00 tax deductible) of grilled chicken in Mediterranean sauce or baked vegetarian strudel will be

ST. VINCENT HOTEL: Parishioners are reminded the hotel is in constant need of casseroles to serve the homeless guests. Completed casseroles can be placed in the Parish freezer and will be periodically delivered to the hotel by Parish volunteers. For further information, contact Mike Begley at 667-2882 or
the Parish Office at 667-3419. The next opportunity to serve the evening meal to the guests at St. Vincent Hotel will be Sunday, February 26. Please meet in the north parking lot of the church for a 5:00 p.m. departure if you would like to volunteer.
The St. Vincent Homeless Shelter has a critical need for twin size sheets and blankets and infant/toddler size blankets for shelter quests. If you can help, please bring the items to the parish office during normal business hours or
leave them in the church narthex after weekend Mass. Thank you!
