Employer Relations The number of employers conducting on-campus recruiting rose by 5% this year but we also saw a 5% drop in total number of interviews conducted. The number of employers conducting virtual recruiting, however, increased significantly, amounting to a 31% rise over the prior year. We welcomed many new companies recruiting at Kelley, including:

• 284 Partners • Capgemini • Chewy.com • E.&J. Gallo • IPSOS • Patron Spirits

• Randa Accessories • Reynolds America • Shire • Uber • US Bank • US Foods

We continue to work closely with employers, providing excellent customer service and conducting strategy calls with our top companies to ensure their recruiting needs are met. Companies appreciate our consultative approach in helping improve their experience throughout the year. Job Postings: The number of companies posting jobs with us this year dropped a bit but we did see a 13% increase in the number of opportunities they posted. This is consistent with national recruitment trends. This overall increase in job postings includes a 28% growth of internship postings offered, the result of a concerted effort by our recruiting team to meet the demands of the growing undergraduate class. Corporate Outreach: Our new business development goal was to continue to connect with new companies and also maintain our new relationships. During 2016-17, we made over 60 new company connections and maintained over 100 from the previous year. Hiring results for 2016-17 academic year from the 260+ new companies (since 2014) included over 135 full-time hires and over 140 internships, more than doubled from last year.

Staff Changes We promoted Julie Sylvester to lead our recruiting team and hired Kori Renn (Kelley alum) to lead our career coaches. We also hired Sara Ko-Ada to lead our international student programming. With our growing student body and employer demands, we have a full team in place to meet our challenges.

Looking Forward Key initiatives for UCSO are to:

• Successfully launch the new Conrad Prebys Career Center in January 2018 • Build stronger connections with students to improve engagement with office and alumni

communities to provide more student opportunities • Increase employer development activities to meet the demands of increasing student population
