It is with great pleasure that we invite your organizati on to consider sponsorship opportuniti es at the Council for Professional Recogniti on’s Early Educators Leadership Conference, October 1-4, 2015 to promote excellence with a focus on competency.

The Conference will host leading experts showcasing training, innovati ve tools and leadership skills designed to assist early

educators, administrators and decision makers in advancing the fi eld of early childhood educati on. The Conference will also allow

att endees, presenters and sponsors to network, share ideas and to learn or reinforce new ideas in the early childhood educati on industry.

The Council for Professional Recogniti on’s 2015 Leadership Conference will bringtogether experts from the early care and educati on industry who supportprofessional development, teacher preparati on and quality rati ng systems fromacross the 50 states and U.S. Territories.

The Conference is designed as a small focused event for 200 – 300 att endees to convene for three days of team building, workshops and events. Many of

our att endees will be decision makers from state departments of educati on, community college and university faculty, child care administrators, school district

administrators, professional development training programs both local and military child development programs and who infl uence and make decisions to advance professional development and preparati on of the early care workforce.

The Council for Professional Recogniti on is a non-profi t organizati on that is a leader in the early care and educati on fi eld with more than 40 years as an established credenti aling organizati on. The Council is the nati onal credenti aling organizati on of the Child Development Associate™ (CDA) Nati onal Credenti al.

The Council for Professional Recogniti on’s executi ve team has numerous years of experience in for profi t and non-profi t management, early educati on, marketi ng

and business strategy. The diverse team is led by Chief Executi ve Offi cer Valora Washington. Ph.D., who conti nues to build and strengthen the Council through her

astute business acumen.

By sponsoring a scholarship(s) your organizati on will make it possible for an early educati on professionals to att end the conference and will provide support for a high school students studying early childhood educati on at a Career or Technical High School to receive training from the Council . Att endees will submit an applicati on applying for a scholarship. Att endees

will compete for scholarships provided by your organizati on. The scholarship is based on need, their progress in the fi eld and their potenti al as leaders in the

fi eld evidenced by previous conti nuing educati on and extra-curricular acti viti es. The high school student will be selected by the scholarship award recipient.
