Social media managers already educate, inform and entertain, but e-learning can take this a step further.

It offers STRUCTURE and more tangible KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS.

How can we take advantage?

1. Identify goals and create a learning plan (SMART Goals)

2. Successful E-learning is all about STRUCTURE and achieving goals

3. Combine with a business, marketing or social media strategy

3 Key learnings so far…

1. Develop your own skills and stay on top of the game: sign up for a course

2. Capture more of the valuable knowledge within your organisation: create a strategy

3. Train staff and volunteers efficiently and effectively: create a course

4. Add value to customers: offer a course

Some specific ideas to implement:

It’s all about capturing, giving and sharing value
