Substantial benefits have included new homes, jobs, shops, hotels, public realm space and other amenities, and more are underway. The refurbishment of Wembley Arena, the creation of a new thriving district including Arena Square, the London Designer Outlet (LDO), residential and student accommodation and a nine-screen cinema have breathed new life into the area. Now Quintain – the company leading this programme – is displaying new plans for the remainder of its ownership in Wembley Park. Quintain is holding an exhibition to provide an opportunity for you to see its early thinking for the wider masterplan and to give your comments and feedback on these concepts.
