The board has authorized a second pool party open to all residents of Colonia Escondida. We will be hosting it and there will be hotdogs, hamburgers, and refreshments available. If you would like to bring a dish to share, we would love to have it. Our last pool party was a blast and things couldn't have been any better. I hope to see you all there. We are still working on the pond and trees that were planted. E could use some feedback from you. We are now coming into the Fall and everyone knows that means a lot of leaves. Club House Rental If you desire to rent the clubhouse, contact Luis at [email protected] or call 915-209-4797. The fee is now a $50 non-refundable charge if you cancel less than a month in advance. You clean up before and after the event. There is a security deposit of $100 that covers damages or violations to the rental policy. There are certain rules you need to abide by. The $100 will be returned when it is deter-mined all is well. Also, arrangements must be made in advance and the first person to pay the $75 will have the building reserved. Thank you.

Reminder Monthly association meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the clubhouse at 6:30pm. The board meets at 6:00pm the next scheduled meeting will be on 9/8/20114 If there is something that you would like to be included on the agenda as a voting item. It must be sent in in writing.
