FEATURES APPLICATION
NEW IK7002 (IK301)The IK7002 CMOS operational amplifier is ideal for single supply, low voltage operation with a guaranteed operating voltage range from 1.8V~5V. The low input bias current of less than 0.2pA typical, eliminates input voltage errors that may originate from small input signals. This makes the IK7002 ideal for electrometer applications requiring low input leakage such as sensitive photodetection transimpedance amplifiers and sensor amplifiers. The IK7002 also features a rail-to-rail output voltage swing in
addition to an input common-mode range that includes ground. The IK7002 will drive a 600Ω resistive load and up to 1000pF capacitive load in unity gain follower applications. The low supply voltage also makes the IK7002 well suited for
portable two-cell battery systems and single Li-ion systems.The IK7002 exhibits excellent speed-power ratio, achieving
1MHz at unity gain with low supply current. The high DC gain of 100dB makes it ideal for other low frequency applications.

NEW IZ1990Compatibility Name (Serial Number iButton)CMOS microcircuit is essentially an electronic carrier of the unique
64-bit digital code. The code is stored in the internal nonvolatile memory. The data exchange is performed by the protocol 1-Wire, which requires one sole data pin and the common pin. The microcircuit supports the function of the protocol 1-Wire of ROM search, which makes it possible for several devices to operate on one bus. This protocol determines the alteration conditions of the bus status
and the time intervals during synchronization by the synchropulses cuts of the control device. Data read-out and writing are performed by the junior significant bit forward. Its compact coin-shaped profile is selfaligning with mating receptacles,
allowing the IZ1990 to be used easily by human operators. Accessories enable the IZ1990 Electronic Key to be mounted on almostany object, including containers, pallets, and bags.
