On behalf of the seven Federations represented and in particular Capital Football, I welcome all players, coaches, referees, and parents, to Wellington for the National Age Group Tournament.

We at Capital Football are once again delighted to be hosting the cream of young football talent in New Zealand and are very pleased that the tournament appears now to be back to stay.

A big thankyou must go to the NZ Community Trust. Without their significant financial support the tournament would simply not be possible.

Wellington has continued to develop its playing facilities and we are very lucky to have the use of the three high-quality artificial turfs as our three main venues for the tournament in Wakefield Park, Alex Moore Park and Petone Memorial Park.

All the very best to the players, coaches and officials in what it is they wish to achieve; play hard, play fair but most of all enjoy.

Kind regards

RICHARD REID

CEO Capital Football
