If you were wondering who was behind Crafty Pretty... well that's me up above... the “maker”. This was a couple of Christmas’s back now with my gorgeous niece who now has lots of lovely curly hair to match her auntie! It was my niece and Christmas presents for 2012 that gave me the inspiration behind my very first personalised and handmade clay photo tile canvas - made as a special gift for my sister & brother-in-law, & I’ve never looked back! !If you’d said to me back when this photo was taken or even at my nieces 1st Birthday party back in March ‘13, that I would be creating all these amazing pieces for you all - I’d have chuckled! Crafty Pretty has grown beyond what I’d ever imagined and the response to it has been totally unexpected! I feel very lucky to be able to create so many beautiful frames for all you lovely people! !It’s been a fantastic couple of years for Crafty Pretty, I’ve learnt so much! Once your order is submitted, you’ll get an automated email confirming your choice. Now choose your photos! ☺

Once I receive your photos, etc. via email, I'll produce your order proof. This can take up to 1 week depending on busy periods.

Send your photos to craftypretty@gmail.com – make sure to send them 3-4 weeks before you need your finished piece delivering.

Once your proof is complete, I will send it to you via the email address you provided.

You need to check your proof. Check the crops, positioning, spelling, etc. If you’re happy & approve then let me know by email, likewise if there are any amendments needed.

Once you’re happy with your proof I will send you an invoice via PayPal. If you chose to pay by Bank Transfer, the invoice will give you the details needed.

Once payment is received, I will create your items and package it up, making it all lovely! Please note that the turnaround can be up to 3 weeks.

tsWhen choosing your photos, please consider the following: – The end shape. All square tiles are very much square so your photos will

be cropped to fit this shape. – If you're ordering a heart please make sure the subject of the photograph

is central with a fair amount of background so that I can fit enough background to the heart – very close up photos don’t work for this.

!Photo Quality – Where possible, please ensure your photos are of good quality – by this I

mean either the originals, high resolution or the largest sized photos you have.

– Please don’t send screenshots from your phone – these tend to be low quality (they may work for the small tiles however).

– I can easily change colour photos to B&W, I can’t turn B&W into colour – stating the obvious – but just so you know! ☺ !

Photos using Facebook – Please don’t send me your photos via Facebook messages unless you

really have to – I prefer to receive photos via email as attachments and organise our email account this way.

!Submitting your photos – Send them to craftypretty@gmail.com – Make sure you attach your photos rather than pasting them into the email

– this way I can easily download them. !Bespoke artwork – I can create your bespoke artwork tile(s) with your personalised message,

memory or story for an additional £5. – I will also choose a colour to compliment your frame; most of the time

picking a colour from your actual photos. If you have a strong preference for the colour, then please let me know when reviewing your proof.

– Bespoke artwork is 1-2 tiles; any further tiles will incur additional charge.

Order limits – Please note you can order up to a maximum of 2 items only. If you feel you

Amending your proofs – The first round of amends to your proof are Free and included in the cost of

your frame, this includes order of photos and 1 change to bespoke artwork. – If you change your photos or require a complete change to bespoke artwork

then this will incur an additional £5 per proof. !Payment & invoicing – The amount of your item inc. postage will be noted on your order proof – Please note I currently use PayPal for all invoicing. – Should you wish to pay by Bank Transfer; my details are as follows:

Storing your personal details on file – By placing an order, you will be added to our contact database and you’ll be

automatically opted in to receive future marketing communications from me. These are few and far between, but they will inform you of new product releases, new catalogues or spaces in our order books. You can opt out of these at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.

– I will store your photos for up to 2 years, just in case you wish to re-order any items. After 2 years, all photos will be deleted. I will however keep copies of your proofs and any bespoke artwork.
