The greatest regret that I have is that there aren't that many companies out there that invest in their people as much as Pragma does. I will walk into interviews expecting the same level of engagment from other companies and if they don't match up to my expectations I will gladly inform them of the Pragma way. (William Opondo) The environment and program is excellent. The program is well structured and the people are friendly. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the people involved in this program. Truly I got what I expected i.e exposure from experienced professionals. It was achieved.... The program in its totality was life changing and inspiring. My approach to life has changed. I now have a balanced approach to life. I was inspired by the mentors. The culture at Pragma is so strong and it propels the business and the people forward. It's an environment fit for human beings I should say which is amazing to work in. The PAM was amazing. I learnt loads of information and enjoyed doing the quizzes... In the final analysis, you are doing a great job Stephan. Its life-changing. May the good Lord inspire you more!! (George Mukwawaya) Stephan Pieterse did a great job on the OD side with the students. (Darius Booyens) This was the most fun filled, and also information filled vac work I have ever experienced. I learnt so much about the company, about Asset management, about life, and about myself. Met a great bunch of people who I hope to stay in contact with, and learnt lessons that I probably wouldnt have learnt anywhere else... information I will treasure forever. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Great job!!! (Elizabeth Foli) Firstly I would like to thank Pragma for hosting us for the last 3 weeks. This journey was one to be treasured and remembered for a life time. I came into this programme with certain expectations but it has surpassed what I thought I would gain from it. Not only have I learnt a great deal about PAM but also about life in general and how to utilise my strentghs (now that I actually know what they are). The mentoring sessions were very very insightful and helpful. They offered us a sense of what should one do in their lives in order to attain the most out of it. It has been consistent and clear that one has to balance their work and home life equally else you will burnout. The mentoring sessions also helped me personally to see where I can make improvements in my life to make it better and more positive. This programme has given me a amazing view on the actual work life of an engineer and how to go about solving certain problems as well as how to think on my feet. As an individual I also feel more inspired and motivated to push myself in the right direction and excel at what I do best. I have learnt a great deal both educationally and personally. I would like to extend my gratitude once more. Excellent work, Thank You Stephan!!!!! (Minaz Munshi) My overall impression of the program was very good and I learnt a lot.
