Thankfully, all jail cell doors will be left open! The new facility, built adjacent to the existing Justice Center, will be completed in a single phase and is scheduled to open next spring. Join us at 4 p.m. on the 29th to tour the new facilities and learn about the challenges overcome in the construction of this new facility. The project was procured under Virginia's PPEA, Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act. I look forward to working with all of you in our ASCE Richmond branch to have a productive and successful fall season. Sincerely, Austin Clark
