The MISSION of the Foundation for Women’s Cancer is to raise public AWARENESS of ways to prevent, detect and optimally treat gynecologic cancers, support promising, innovative gynecologic cancer RESEARCH, and provide
EDUCATION about gynecologic cancers.
For two decades, the Foundation for Women’s Cancer
has paved the way for the gynecologic cancer awareness movement. The only national organization dedicated to the eradication of all reproductive cancers.
The Foundation fosters new breakthroughs through the annual funding of research grants to physician scientists. Since 1995, the Foundation has provided more than $5 million in stimulus funding to young
investigators, which has translated into $58,000,000 in research (a 23%
return on investment), earning recognition from Worth Magazine as
one of the nation’s 100 best charities.
